The hotel is perfect, the wonderful staff, the cleaning and the perfect structure of the place. The gentleness when you enter the hyper-smooth room and faces delicious brigades above bed and a personalized message thanking you for your stay. You're not close to the center, you're gonna have to go a little distance, but it's good even because you can sleep in a very quiet place. I recommend thousand times!

The most beautiful getaway we’ve ever experienced! It did not feel like a hotel. The environment and friendly staff made it feel like a home away from home. This hotel is really very nice outside with several swimming pools, restaurant only until 17, although they say until 18 couples are in the pool wellmmmm sticked without worrying about other people or children around. Badrooms have apparent tubing, horribly fine towels, already messages in rooms about make-up sleeves (remembered motel) Access to the beach is made outside the hotel, should have a stairway out of the pool to facilitate walking. The beach did not seem safe to take a bath, but it was very beautiful. There is no smokers and no smokers, there were many smokers in my stay, which triggered a asthma crisis in my daughter, because they smoke in the pool, in the restaurant, even in the corridor while eating on a table near the room, There are no chairs in the rooms for support and feeding, and I only recommend to couples, I do not recommend to families with children.

Estávamos em família e Pegamos um day use na pousada, o local é bonito, na frente do mar, com livre acesso e cadeiras e mesas disponíveis na areia. Valor do day use 150,00 casal com 100,00 revertido em consumação, 50,00 individual, 25,00 criança. Refeição no local foi à desejar, opções para compartilhar que mais parecem um prato individual, e acabou demorando em torno de 2 horas para servir. Estava em falta algumas opções do cardápio como camarão, picanha.. também não tinha laranja para o apperol spritz. Embora os atendentes muito solícitos e educados, pedindo desculpa por cada inconveniente .. A área da piscina é muito boa, mas falta uma música ambiente, pra deixar mais aconchegante. Parece um velório.. muito silêncio O local é tranquilo, pra quem quer sossego e silêncio, tá ótimo.

It is a good hotel, the room has a good size and well preserved, bed with a good bed. But only about the room is that there is virtually no hot water in the shower. Although the room has a small kitchen, there is no tool, dish or cup available. The breakfast is simple but tasty.The swimming pool area is excellent, has a bar (with few options but breaks a gap) and is in front of the sea. The hotel is located two squares from the centre, perfect location (facile access to the centre without being in the middle of the “baguña”).

My stay at Carmel in Cumbuco was very pleasant. This is a luxury hotel and it offered all the amenities one could ask for! Although the staff was limited in the English language, there efforts to have me feel welcomed, taken care of, and safe were 10/10! A special note of gratitude for service and integrity to a restaurant worker, Thiago! My first moments there dining for lunch and I unknowingly dropped 800R$ after paying the bill. He promptly turned it into the front desk who returned it to me. Amazing ethics in the staff here! Also special thanks to Gabriel at the front desk. He is well versed in English and made certain all of my needs were met and with joy!
