Siamo in tre, abbiamo prenotato al DuParc all'ultimo minuto, grazie ad un provvidenziale last minute. Il residence è in ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia e alla zona pedonale; sopra al supermercato, insomma tutto comodissimo. All'arrivo ci hanno accolto la signora Laura ed il marito, molto gentili ci siamo sentiti subito ben accolti. Le zone in comune sono molto confortevoli e curate, entrando si viene accolti da un fresco profumo. Abbiamo prenotato un bilocale, Posizione angolare, molto fresco perché quasi sempre in ombra, Curato nei particolari con tutto quello che serve per passare una vacanza tranquilla al mare. L'angolo cottura è piccolo ma completo di tutto, armadio comodo e capiente nella stanza matrimoniale. Il divano letto in cucina (il terzo posto letto) può tranquillamente rimanere sempre aperto per comodità e non impedisce di muoversi senza problemi all'interno della stanza. Consigliatissimo !!

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw Laura. Schoon en ruim appartement met een goede ligging. Mooi balkon. Vlakbij supermarkt, 100 meter van het brede en kind vriendelijke strand en 50 meter van het centrum. Een echte aanrader voor Cattolica een super vriendelijke stad waar van alles te doen is.

Il Residence Du Parc è stato perfetto sotto tutti gli aspetti: la Sig.ra Laura gestisce il Residence in maniera eccellente, attenta ad ogni necessità. La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale rispetto alla spiaggia ed al centro. Sia l'appartamento che i locali comuni si contradistinguono per la pulizia e l'ordine. Spero di avere l'opportunità di tornare. Lo consiglio sia a famiglie che a ragazzi.
