4 Star Hotel? Well, I wish ratings were standard somehow. This was NOT a 4 Star Hotel except for the price, albeit maybe a little less costly. The reasons why I gave this rating are: 1. INTERNET was extremely spotty. It was almost impossible to keep and sustain an internet connection.Explained this to the front desk person and he shrugged his shoulders! Poor internet reception in a 4 Star Hotel is unacceptable period. 2. One couldn't open any window or door in the room without the airconditioning turning off. I'm not saying to LEAVE it open and waste energy, it was extremely annoying and prevented the room from getting truly comfortable. 3. Noise. Every time a door to another room was closed, we could hear it, and the voices, if any, of the person closing the door. 4. Deep & High Tub, no walk in shower, no curtain, DANGEROUS AND DATED 5. Low quality bath towels. I've seen better at the gym! 7. The hallways were dark, dank, seemed unkept, and really dingy. 8. Room felt very dated, ie fixtures, sink, etc & painted drab flat beige, no decor at all. ONLY one key was given per room. 9. Parking NOT included, we had to push a button to speak to someone to enter and exit the parking, even by foot! !0. Breakfast NOT included All & All, the view of the sea was great, staff was pleasant, location was central. On a scale of 1-10, this hotel earns a 4. Don't be decieved by the word "Palace"

We’ve been been to several different hotels in Cattolica over the years. Victoria Palace is the one we enjoyed most. The hotel entrance, lobby, restaurant and terrace are in a beautiful contemporary luxury style. What we loved was that the restaurant was never too crowded or noisy/ chaotic like all the other hotels we visited and dining outside on the terrace was the best! Very friendly staff, they speak English. Breakfast and diner were of excellent quality. If you can, book half board instead of just breakfast! We were used to full board, bot loved the freedom and were not so full all the time Another great benefit was having the car right next to the hotel ( 15,- per day) which made us explore the area more! Usually your car is at a parking place outside of cattolica and you take a taxivan to get there. The only thing is that the rooms did not match the luxury of the rest. Also we had to pay extra for coffee and water, would have been better if this was included in the price. Loved the beach, there are two outdoor swimmingpools at the beach. The hotel has free bikes and you can rent a supboard as well. A big compliment for Christiana, we loved her!!! Definitely recommand this place!

Entriamo in stanza e chiediamo subito un cambio , ci viene proposta una camera a più del doppio del prezzo praticamente uguale con la stessa metratura, il bagno è per i bambini ,un adulto deve mettersi di traverso per fare i bisogni , nel wc non c'è la fascia di cortesia e la carta igienica è già stata utilizzata, fate attenzione che vi propongono una vista mare e invece dovete sporgervi dal micro balcone per vederlo. Sfortunatamente il meteo non ci ha assistiti e neanche l'albergatore, quando abbiamo chiesto un transfert per la stazione (1km) diluviava, hanno detto di arrangiarci. Abbiamo usufruito della Spa (molto piccola) e con diverse lacune . Se chiamate in reception per avere chiarimenti o domande vi rispondono male e vi dicono che vi richiameranno e invece buona notte. A metà soggiorno non fidandoci del personale abbiamo richiesto la spesa degli extra , conto alle stelle , la signora ha detto che il sistema informatico ha sbagliato , rifatto il conto e subito pagato , abbiamo deciso di non prendere più nulla , nonostante questo hanno caricato a nostra insaputa altri drink sulla nostra camera, la barzelletta continua , hanno rifatto il conto 3 volte ed infine hanno tolto l'eccedenza per poi a fine soggiorno inserire la totalità dei drink sul nostro conto , abbiamo pagato e c'è ne siamo andati .... ogni giorno c'erano persone a lamentarsi dei prezzi assurdi addebitati... la colazione buona però pur inserendola nella camera quindi GRATIS ve la fanno pagare. fate attenzione in questo hotel gonfiano i prezzi se ne fregano e sono maleducati evitate di soggiornare. Questo non è un 4 stelle ma un 2 scarso. A cattolica in questo postaccio di hotel MAI PIU. Se non avete voglia e volete truffare la gente vi consiglio di cambiare mestiere , non vi obbliga nessuno.... grazie mille a MAI PIU'

La struttura è pulita e semplice negli arredi. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La camera è spaziosa, anche se il bagno è un po' piccolo. La colazione è ottima, soprattutto la possibilità di usufruire la terrazza vista mare.

Esperienza pessima! Gli spazi comuni al piano terra e solo primo piano confermano 4 stelle; ascensori, accessi alle camere e camere stesse, al contrario, sono deludenti e non le confermano affatto. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato: 1/camera sporca con capelli lunghi e neri sparsi sul pavimento 2/ peli sul “push” del water 3/ capelli nella vasca 4/ il contenitore del sapone terminato 5/lampadina del comodino bruciata e mai cambiata 6/ presa del comodino inattiva e rimasta sempre tale 7/rubinetto lavandino vecchio e rumoroso Ho chiamato la reception e hanno pulito ma il giorno dopo i capelli neri erano ancora presenti sul pavimento … Ho espresso il tutto, in fase di check-out, alla responsabile della reception e mi è stato detto che hanno avuto diverse difficoltà di organizzazione del personale nel mese di agosto. Non è un mio problema e non è una giustificazione al servizio inefficiente visto che ho scelto un 4 stelle per un determinato servizio e ho pagato per un 4 stelle. Il servizio non lo è stato. In vacanza a Rimini abbiamo deciso di andare alla spa, cercando su Google abbiamo trovato buone referenze su questo hotel e onestamente abbiamo fatto una buona scelta. Ottima esperienza , location molto curata, personale gentile e disponibile. Raccomandato.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend a luglio. Hotel elegante negli spazi comuni e comodo essendo fronte spiaggia, colazione ottima sia per quanto riguarda il dolce che per il salato, personale quasi tutto cordiale e gentile. Per quanto riguarda le camere le uniche note positive sono state i kit di cortesia e la vista sul mare per il resto un disastro.. esse sono piccole e non all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle, letto duro e molto scomodo per non parlare del cuscino anch'esso scomodissimo e senza possibilità di scelta. La camera inoltre non è per nulla insonorizzata, si sente qualsiasi tipo di rumore sia proveniente dalle camere vicine sia dal corridoio, inoltre le donne delle pulizie non prestano alcun accorgimento all'assenza di insonorizzazione in quanto già dalle 7 iniziano a far baccano sul corridoio e sbattendo le porte delle camere. Non penso che ci ritorneremo.

Albergo molto comodo per chi vuole stare al centro di Cattolica, dotato di parcheggio privato ad un prezzo medio...stanze piccole , ma pulite e dotate di tutto quello che serve; colazione corretta... posizione fronte mare e quindi di comodissimo accesso...
