Great location close to downtown and nearby Casinos. The pool area is relaxing and refreshing. The included breakfast has fresh fruit, sausage, eggs and English muffins and waffles. Great way to start the day.

Nice place to stay. It was a short straight forward drive into Palm Springs. Nice quiet location with a great pool. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had in a hotel that included a free breakfast. If you want to be in the heart of Palm Springs it isn’t the place to stay but if you want to have a quiet getaway a short distance to town it’s great.

A decent hotel. The front desk service is not very enthusiastic. Nothing special, just okay. The cooking utensils in the room are quite complete. It feels like you can really cook. The environment and sanitation are OK.

It's hot, but it's nice to be able to use the outdoor pool from the morning. Breakfast is free to eat on the 1st floor. The parking lot is also large and good.

The room is very spacious. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The view from the outdoor pool is great. It's a pity that you have to pay for parking. The breakfast is average. The service staff is not very active.

This is a lovely property with beautiful views of the mountains. The service was excellent, beds comfortable and the included breakfast exceeded our expectations. It is not near any restaurants so best for those coming by car. There was no shade at the pool but I expect maybe umbrellas were taken down in anticipation of wind. All in all a comfortable stay.

Hotel and room were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. Located in a residential area, so no places to walk to eat, however there were plenty of options within a 10 minute drive. Downtown Palm Springs is about a 15 minute drive.

The hotel experience was good. However, i am disappointed that the policies of no cleaning of rooms until after 3 nights and the $10 per night parking fee are nothing more than a money grab. Fine, if you don't have the staff to clean rooms, drop the nightly charge for the room. I always tip the cleaning staff, but not on nights where the room isn't cleaned. The parking fee seems unnecessary due to a large parking lot. Give the parking pass to place on the dashboard, but don't charge $10.

It was a very nice handicap accessible suite on the first floor. However, a couple things are in need of maintenance: the screws in 1 bracket of the shower seat that folds against the wall are pulled out of the wall, and the sliding bathroom door closing mechanism malfunctions & I got locked inside the bathroom!!!

I could not sleep. The walls are so thin I could the guests above me, and to the sides. I brought it up to the attention of the staff and they agreed. There is no sort of sound insulation. NOT WORTH THE MONEY IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF REST. The breakfast was average. Reconstituted eggs, potatoes and sausage.

The room was spacious. The bathroom didn’t meet my expectations. I’m not sure if I was given a handicapped friendly room, but I didn’t have a tub. The bathroom felt like a hospital bathroom. The shower handle I felt was about to break. The beds were uncomfortable, but the room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was good as well.

This hotel is quiet and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and high quality. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and fresh and hot. The location is close enough to just about anything but far enough to stay away from the party crowds. I would definitely stay here again.

Ease of access to Acrisure Arena as well as the many hotels in the surrounding area. First time in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area and will definitely keep this hotel on the top of my list if I’m ever back in the area.

I chose this property for its pool area, but unbeknownst to me, it was closed for maintenance. When I voiced my disappointment, the hotel Manager, Mr. Jose, told me to go somewhere else. When I asked where, since I was not familiar with Palm Springs at all, he told me to go look it up.
