Overall a good place to stay, the rooms are a little outdated and we had issues with the tub not draining , we called housekeeping and no one ever answered. The tub eventually drained but happened again the next time we went to use it. The pool is awesome but the jacuzzi was a bit dirty.

You can check out late, although you have to pay, but my friend’s hotel in Coachella will leave at 11 o’clock, and you can’t pay. Very good

The hotel is located in a tourist resort area, the room rate is not generally expensive, the guests also pay the travel expenses when they arrive at the store. Check in was at 4 but our room is not ready until 7 PM. Paid extra for a fire pit in our patio but the fire pit did not work. It was cold and our heater did not work either. Had to sleep with my jacket on. The room clean staff mentioned being understaffed. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. Very limited.

I was told I had to pay extra 35 dollars resort fee per day after paid for the four nights stay. This hotel is located at the edge of city, next to the desert. Big sand storm frequently attracts to the whole golf resort. No room service daily unless you call the front desk. Good experience is easy to access to golf and have fun. Good view of golf court and snow mountain.

I really enjoyed the Top Golf Swing Suites. My girls and I had a blast playing soccer, football, baseball, and golf. It was very fun and an incredible experience. I would recommend it to people wanting to eat, drink, and play a variety of sports. Im definitely going to do it again.

Lovely stay. The wind picked up and we were not going to be able to use the fire place we paid extra to buy, but thankfully it dies down and we were able to enjoy it. The room did not have bath soap or lotion in the bathroom and the coffee machine was broken. But the beds were comfy and clean.

I was there for Indian Wells so I paid a premium of $500 per night for a 2 Queen bed with a balcony and nice view of the pool and golf green. It was definitely more expensive than the room looked but at this time it was over priced everywhere within 30 minutes of Indian Wells. The front desk lady was different when I checked in and when I left but neither were friendly at all. Didn't say anything except the bare minimum to check me in and out. Nothing like "welcome" or "did you enjoy your stay?" The shower looked old. The balcony only had 1 chair with the coffee table while some balconies had 2.
