Knights Inn Roanoke

lets begin with the internet pictures compared to real life. NOT AT ALL THE SAME. then when went into to register for the hotel after booking this hotel almost a month prior i was given a room. the first room was horrible floors nasty the flooring was coming up the bathroom was horrible it was so bad i felt like i would catch something from just being in the room went back to the front desk ask for a refund said i had to talk to the booking agent and they offered to show me several rooms and i could pick. i got ahold of the booking agent and they said that the refund was left to the hotel way to go priceline after looking at several different rooms that was just as bad as the first one i found one that was in a little better shape then the others ( since no refund was going to happen i was stuck in this place for a freakin week cause only other money i had on me was food money for the week) i have contacted the main company that this hotel franchises through to not have any satisfaction . the room i stayed in the dresser is broke microwave is sitting sidwards the floor is buckling the tub is still nasty they never clean the rooms roaches in the mini fridge roaches everywhere i leave my stuff in my vehicle i dont pack my stuff in to the hotel room never received any clean linens thank god i have learned to pack my own cause heaven forbid what i might get with theirs. there is constantly people outside the room at 10-11 pm whooping and hollaring people can not rest and management does nothing then when you go to leave your harrassed by law like your some kind of criminal they have people living in this hotel the main fanchise company seriously needs to come look at what this hotel is doing to their reputation they are basically running it into the ground to where no one will want to stay this will be the last time i stay at this hotel if it wasnt for family medical reasons i wouldnt be needing a hotel. this hotel is so bad i would not recommend a dead rat to stay in it .

Was not like pictures on Internet Holes in wall rips in chair floor dirty no breakfast no lights in stairwell bed not made right sheets don't fit bed room was cold door doesn't not shut right windows are dirty
