A clean and comfortable hotel with large and very quiet rooms, private bathroom. Breakfast is complete: sweet and salad with a very exceptional express coffee! The staff is very friendly and comfortable and very careful to all the needs. It is perfectly located to reach all the squares of the city and is very close to the station. The room was very comfortable and I feel very satisfied. I learned on the site that, in addition to the rooms, the structure offers the possibility of mini-site apartments with angle cooking, really very comfortable! I'll certainly return. I strongly advise!!!

It is really the hotel in Catane in which you have to stay - the hotel is more than adorable, efficient, courtesy. The B&B is located in a beautiful old building with high ceilings and balconies. The hosts are lovely; kind and helpful! They helped is out when we were in a difficult situation. We had booked another B&B in the same building but when arriving in the evening they couldnt accomodate us. The hosts of Elephant smile came to our ”rescue” and arranged for us to stay at their B&B. We are so grateful for that, and the fact that the B&B turned out to be such a lovely place made it even better. The price is also very reasonable. If you stay in Catania we really recommend this place!

Excellent, we were two days with my wife, and we were welcomed by Melina and her husband Luigi, two kind, educated and very friendly people. We have been given detailed instructions that we followed the letter to make us taste the local street food, from pan with horse meat to the granites, fish restaurants, etc etc .... all azeccate. Rooms are four, all inspired by the 800 Sicilian furniture, ours called women Fernande, small but careful, small bathroom with big shower box, balcony etc ... Breakfast is served in a veranda on the terrace and is abundant And there is everything, Melina and her husband Luigi, also preparing omelets, really excellent and served with quality products. The interior structure is clean and well maintained, the outside of the palace leaves to desire but is located just a few meters from Castle Ursino and near the Duomo, and a strategic place to visit Catania. We will certainly return and I strongly advise everyone on the structure.

Catania left us a crazy memory. The owner of the bed and breakfast ran away and the keys were not handed over to us. That night was the beach carnival in Catania. The hotel is very difficult to decide. No place to stay but fortunately booked one night here. Nice hotel, helpful service and good hot water. Recommended to live. There are few parking spaces at the entrance and there are parking spaces on the street. But watch out for the ZTL zone
