The service staff are very kind, enthusiastic and help solve various problems! Since the flight arrives in the middle of the night, contact the hotel to book the pick-up beforehand, and the room will be reserved until midnight. The driver who picked up the airport was also very kind. Even in the cold midnight, I felt that the driver warmly welcomed you and assisted in getting on and off the luggage! Hotel location is located in the city center, restaurants, department stores are nearby, walking distance! I was very surprised to find that the Christmas market was right next to the hotel. I was very happy. The mood becomes more beautiful! Will visit again next time

Great room, very small hotel, maybe 6 or 8 rooms, not really a waiting room or lobby to speak of, but it's ok, the room itself was very large, clean, modern, nicely done, the balcony was nice to look out and see the street. The manager was very nice and worked with us on an early check-in time, which was just great. Breakfast was the usual European style, but you place your order the day before, which actually is kind of nice! Overall, we enjoyed our time, location was perfect!!!

5 minutes walk from Catania station and bus terminal. I arrived without hesitation because there was a hotel sign at the corner. The room was a certain size, and the bathroom was large and clean. The shower room was large and easy to use, and there were many hot water and it was pleasant. I will use it again if I have the opportunity to visit Catania again.

Wifi is only available around the reception. Location is good. I won’t recommend the hotel due to the one rude staff who blamed me for putting a key on the wrong door(there were two doors before the reception). At that time I was super tired after walking all day but he ordered me to wait until he finished talking on the phone with angry face. He called me off that I almost damaged the door by clicking the key too much and the other customers could haven’t use it then I have to pay for the damage. He even mentioned the price for it. Then I had to show him that I can use the keys in the right place and turn them properly. The worst customer service I’ve ever had and my trip was damaged..

An excellent 5 night stay. The B&B is in a great location right in the centre of Catania near plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Off a side street and nice and quiet despite its location. Only a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal for the airport bus. Marco was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us tips about where to go. My friend and I stayed in the twin room and it was a great size and layout for our stay. Everything you need is in the room, including a fridge. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks Marco!

The location is brilliant, downtown San Diego close to every thing. The checking in process was smooth and professional but the receptionist guy was very grim, he gave me the feeling that I am not welcome at all. The room is elegant, impeccably clean and the bed is super, but the air conditioner is rather loud. I gave my greetings to the house keeping as they did an excellent job every day. The complimentary morning coffee was perfect and very good. Upon checkout the receptionists were very nice ladies. All in all a very good hotel to stay in san diego.

Located foot to the most important attractions. Public parking is found in the nearer surroundings, fortunately also free. The rooms are lovely equipped and breakfast with love for detail. The only point is the doors are absolutely sound-proof and the room is therefore bright. Summary, clear recommendation, especially for a reservation with breakfast.

I stayed only one night, I was walking and looking for a place near the center and station. I liked the spacious room with decorations and floors of the era. Mr. Domenico presented himself very kind and available. Heavyly recommended!
