English: I booked a room for my parents in October 2023 because the reviews were very good. Too bad that when they arrived at the place, which is not marked in any way except for a name written in marker on the bell, the structure offered them a room on the third floor without a lift which for those with mobility difficulties, or heavy luggage, is practically unreachable. Also on the walls, visible and numerous worms about 3/4 cm long that the cleaning lady, the only one present at the reception and with a cigarette in her mouth the whole time, promptly removed before my mother could take photographs. Parking at 10 euros per day does not exist, but only the paid blue lines on the street. When it was pointed out that three floors on foot, for two elderly people with two suitcases of 20 kg each, were impossible to do, the owner (called on the phone by the smoking maid) replied that that was the room and that's it, without even bothering to at least try to propose other solutions. All seasoned with a rare rudeness, especially in Sicily. Stairs very dirty and attention only in reiterating that the reservation did not provide for refunds. In fact my parents refused to stay there, even though they had already paid the entire stay for a total of 490 euros and found excellent accommodation elsewhere. There was not even the foresight to contact them later at least for an apology. A start to the holiday to be cancelled, as structures of this type should be cancelled. Don't go there!
