Lovely spacious room with AC, also large bathroom. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Has a fridge in the common area if you need to store water etc. If you have a car, best to park it on the street after 5-6pm as the street empties out and several free parks become available at this time. The private car park is also nearby and is another safe option. Fantastic breakfast provided at nearby cafe!

We had a great stay! Clean, modern and spacious room with balcony. Close to the city center with many nice restaurants. The host was very helpful, and we had the best croissants for breakfast at his patisserie nearby. Highly recommend!

Appreciated the large clean bathroom, beautiful balcony and comfortable bed. Host was thoughtful and flexible about checkin and held onto my luggage at checkout so I could explore the city before my flight. Breakfast was delicious at nearby Patisserie. Great experience :)

Good place for young people with backpacks. Very small room, no place for luggage. And a lot of stairs, which in Italy are much higher.

We were able to park on the street directly in front of the property. Clean and modern. Good beds. A bit small and must walk up 3 floors with no lift. Gianpierre was a wonderful host and also owns a delicious and popular bakery nearby where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

Reception was very good. Note that this BnB is on the second floor with no lift so it’s not appropriate if you have very heavy luggage or mobility issues. The room itself is ok. Sadly, the bathroom was not clean and there were cigarette butts in the bin, which stunk.
Neighbours coming back at 1am could be heard and were very noisy.
Breakfast is offsite.

Posizione comoda e baricentrica rispetto al centro città, alla stazione ferroviaria, alla fermata Alibus e alle principali attrazioni cittadine. La struttura è situata in una via secondaria senza traffico, al secondo piano di un edificio, nulla di drammatico; tuttavia va detto che non c'è l'ascensore per chi ne avesse eventualmente bisogno. È stata rinnovata da poco, all'ingresso c'è una piccola area ristoro con macchina del caffè a cialde, bollitore per il thè, frigo con acqua fresca. La camera aveva una vista interna e ne abbiamo apprezzato la silenziosità per poter riposare bene. Comodi anche materasso e cuscini, se necessario ci sono altre coperte nell'armadio. Pulizia impeccabile. Imbarazzo della scelta per la colazione presso la vicina pasticceria Di Dio! Il gestore del B&B, Jean-Pierre, è stato cordiale e disponibile per venire incontro ad ogni richiesta. Grazie davvero!

Struttura pulita e abbastanza nuova! La zona si era quasi vicino al centro ma comunque una zona che faceva un po’ paura piena di stranieri ubriachi e ********** l’ho accentuo perché a noi faceva abbastanza paura camminare per arrivare al b&b. Un altra nota negativa resta del proprietario sono rimasta un po’ delusa leggendo le recensioni mi aspettavo cordialità e gentilezza e invece ho riscontrato solo mancanza di rispetto e poca professionalità! Vengo contatta per un servizio aeroportuale di navetta per la struttura accetto la proposta nemmeno una frazione di 10 minuti vengo contatta condiscendo che il suo taxi personale aveva avuto un problema ok va bene… ho pagato una stanza con colazione inclusa vengo contatta il tarda notte condiscendo sempre che ci era stato un problema persona è la colazione non era possibile! C’è ma assurdo veramente poca serietà e professionalità ma non per la colazione ma proprio per una questione di correttezza!!!
