I made 2 bookings online for a long period for two of my staff. On arrival my staff were asked to pay the full amount in cash or they would give them the room. Being a long the amount was close to €2000. My staff already were concerned by the location of the apartment (graffiti everywhere, looks a lot like the Bronx) My staff was not impressed with the state of the room and immediately wanted to leave. I spoke to the manager and asked to get a partial refund for the cancellation which actually happened 1 hour after the FREE CANCELLATION time (14:00). The reply was that they would take the full amount (20 nights). I made the reservation through ***********. Beware ... These people are not to be trusted.

Pessima esperienza, vacanza rovinata.... Camera sporca, letto matrimoniale collocato in un angolo della stanza, ovviamente mancavano i comodini e le prese per caricare i cellulari, box doccia lurido, e per finire entro in doccia apro l acqua e la maniglia del miscelatore mi cade sui piedi..... La risposta della signora quando l ho chiamata per riferire l accaduto è stata:PER FORTUNA TI È CADUTA SUI PIEDI ALTRIMENTI SI SAREBBE ROTTO IL PIATTO DOCCIA..... Quasi quasi voleva addebitarmi il danno, assolutamente sconsigliato.

Soggiorno di pochi giorni per visita Catania. Appartamenti ben forniti e ben tenuti. OTTIMO PER POSIZIONE CENTRALE rispetto al centro città e alla stazione che è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Valeria, che gestisce il tutto è una bravissima persona pronta ad andare incontro a qualsiasi bisogno ed esigenza. Consiglio a tutti per la serietà mostrata. Super consigliato per chi vuole visitare Catania senza rinunciare ad uscire la sera. Consiglio anche l'escursione tramite Valeria sull'Etna.. ben organizzata ed emozionante con costo giusto.
