Stayed For 1 night but could not have stayed any longer.. Room was ok (big) but need some renovations, especially the bathroom. Trash was still full with pizza boxes from previous guests The windows are small , with direct view on the neighbours balcony. Breakfast was one of the worst I experienced: just some cakes and yoghurt and a bottle of water. No juice, no ham or cheese, no pastries. Hot beverages served from the clerk at the reception. Staff was nice, but offered a poor customer service all along. There are definitely better options in Catania . Never again for me

When I asked for an additional pillow they had no pillow available. Terrible way of welcoming customers. The supplied pillow was as if it wasn't there. I would recommend that the problem be taken care of by those responsible. Is absurd

Shame!!! After booking the day before, we show up at 9.30pm and they tell us that the reservation wasn't there because the employee from the day before had forgotten it. What was even more shameful was that despite the fact that we were with two small children, the concierge replied that he couldn't do anything and when asked to at least show us another hotel he told us that he couldn't help us. All this despite the fact that we told him we were there because the child was having surgery the next morning. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

Beautiful period residence located in the heart of Catania a few steps from the historic center. Attention to the smallest details, large and spacious rooms, very quiet, clean and equipped with every comfort. It even has rooms equipped with a hideaway kitchen and microwave. I was particularly impressed by the design of the showers, almost spa-like. The staff is very kind and very nice, ready to fulfill every request: without Dimitri's help I wouldn't have even been able to leave again. I will definitely come back for pleasure. Highly recommended.

Terrible structure! No cleaning! As soon as we entered the room we even found toothpaste from previous guests in the sink! Rolls of dust everywhere. The room smelled of smoke so much that we couldn't sleep at night, spotlights dangling in the bathroom and the shower was repainted in a better and better way and was completely peeling. The next day I asked for a room change which was granted but the second room was also very dirty, even a dead fly on the floor! Broken mirror, broken bricks in the bathroom. The third bed without sheets therefore not prepared to accommodate a third guest, when I asked to do so the boy who usually was at reception came up to put a sheet on the bed, which in the Covid era is against any minimum standard of cleanliness!!! ! Terrible breakfast with very little choice, even in this case a cappuccino (very questionable) was prepared by the receptionist with the same hands with which she had handed over the keys to other customers a few minutes earlier. Overall terrible experience! Absolutely avoid!!!

Not a four star hotel. Unclean rooms, bathroom with repainted shower tray, poor breakfast with very few Eurospin branded items. The external greenery is not looked after at all. The cost of the room was excessive: it overlooks an internal courtyard of other private homes.
