We got in early to Catania and they let us check in right away. The Hotel is great location near restaurants and airport. THey had free shuttle service to the airport, a 1st for all of the other hotel;s we stayed at. SHuttles were prompt and courtious. We did not eat there. Wake up call came on time. Only negative, the room would not cool down. It was set for hours and only went down 1 degree. THe bar fridge did not cool either. There were no ice machines that was the norm for Italy and Sicily.

I recently returned to the Restaurant with my family and must say that this place has successfully maintained a consistent high level quality: from the caring service to the excellent cuisine. We had a wide selection of seafood starters whose freshness was undisputed. We also had a memorable dish of lobster linguine. The remarkable desserts concluded a great lunch. One last remark for those who have never been there: the close proximity to the sea is the icing on the cake.

The hotel is perfect for enjoying the sea and is very comfortable in the centre. The structure is new and very clean. The price quality was excellent. The rooms are well furnished and with the refrigerator. Also very recommended for a varied and abundant breakfast. The staff, all young, is innocent. The windows of the first floor are very small. I liked it and I hope I'll be back soon.

Basic facts about hotel are true, but description omits to say the pool is small, with only 30 beds fitting comfortably around it. The pool music is aimed at teenagers and completely out of character with the hotel and age profile of its guests. Hotel reception staff unhelpful and rude. Area around hotel is dirty and streets full of litter and unsafe to walk due to traffic. Shuttle to local town is infrequent. 25 minute walk down a very steep road. There is no beach anywhere near, you have to sunbathe on rocks. Food in restaurant very limited if on half board with a choice of only pasta or fish most nights. When asked to upgrade to a room with a balcony it was going to cost £209 more for the week but had to go bed & breakfast not half board, so more money for less meals. Unable to hire a car from the hotel, you have to go to Catania airport to pick up.

This area is relatively off-site, it is not convenient to walk from the train station, taxis or buses are better. The people staying at the hotel are quite mixed but the hotel service is attentive. The breakfast is not rich but fresh. Personally, I feel that the whole city of Catania does not have many characteristics, so it is suitable for staying during long-distance rest.

The hotel is great, the most central part of Catania, in the middle of the church and Elephant Square, but very quiet and private. The whole hotel has a good smell of aroma, simple but not simple, the bed is very comfortable, sleepless every day. The staff is very good, the English is OK, there are a lot of delicious people around, they will also give you advice. There are homemade toiletries, carefully crafted with Sicilian fruit, great. There is a private spa room on the first floor, you have to book in advance, the technique is very good ~ cost-effective. The room is very spacious, Italy has lived the largest room, hahaha

We last stayed here 4 years ago for one night before our flight home the following day. We decided to do the same again this year and our stay was once again very good. Our room was overlooking the courtyard which was absolutely fine. It was spacious with a really nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The key card entry system to get into the room once again foxed us for a few minutes. We visited the roof top bar for a drink after eating out and were surprised at how quiet it was, I guess the hospitality industry is still suffering to some extent. This really is a fabulous spot and we very much enjoyed our drink. We payed extra for our breakfast to enjoy the view of Etna, which undoubtable is lovely. The last time we stayed we were offered table service and a great selection of hot food this time it was a self service buffet, there was a good choice and some hot options, however a little pricy. You clearly are paying extra for the view. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. When we are next in Sicily we will definitely return.

One of the best service in all my life! I was in an emergency in the middle of the night, I called more than 10 hotel/b&b in Catania and NOONE accepted my reservation ( hotel 4 star too and so on ). At 03.30 a.m. I found this place and Mr Domenico was so kind to give me a room for the night so I could rest for few hours before my flight. If he didn't help me I would have slept in my car close to the airport. Bad experience with an HAPPY ending thanks to him. I Recommend 100%! Uno dei migliori servizi in tutta la mia vita! Ero in emergenza nel cuore della notte, ho chiamato più di 10 hotel/b&b a Catania e NESSUNO ha accettato la mia prenotazione (anche hotel 4 stelle e così via). Alle 03:30 ho trovato questo posto e il signor Domenico è stato così gentile da darmi una stanza per la notte in modo che potessi riposarmi qualche ora prima del mio volo. Se non mi avesse aiutato avrei dormito in macchina vicino all'aeroporto. Brutta esperienza con un lieto fine grazie a lui. Consiglio al 100%!

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Everything was super clean and just perfect. The ”blackout” shutters on the window were perfect to keep out the heat, which this summer was intense. Anderson, the concierge, was amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, and speaks English as well as Italian. Breakfast was wonderful . We spent 6 days here, and took day trips to other nearby cities. The location was perfect, access to busses just across the street. Hoping to return soon!

Bellissima residenza d'epoca situata nel cuore di Catania a pochi passi dal centro storico. Curato nei minimi dettagli, camere ampie e spaziose, silenziosissimo, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Dispone addirittura di camere dotate di cucina a scomparsa e forno a microonde. Sono rimasta particolarmente colpita dal design delle docce, quasi da spa. Il personale è gentilissimo e simpaticissimo pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta: senza l'aiuto di Dimitri non sarei riuscita neppure a ripartire. Tornerò sicuramente per piacere. Consigliatissimo.

I and my boyfriend stayed here for a night, at a concert. Price, rooms, hospitality and top cleaning!! The rooms had all the necessary, including a coffee machine. We had also a kitchen (in common with others) available. Functional air conditioner, clean towel sets and breakfast included directly in the room. The lady that welcomed us also gave us information and was very kind. Vote 10!!!! We see you at the next concert !!!!!!
