The room was very spacious, and my wife and I chose it was also a sensational office area! With air conditioning separate from the room, Frigobar ... seems to be a joke, but for me it makes difference yes all details. Total tranquility to rest without hear any ”noise” outside! I recommend 100%.

My stay at ibis Catanduva was all to be pleasant, super sympathetic reception and excellent service, delicious breakfast with tapioca made at the time. but a fact happened that I was extremely annoyed, besides being injured I never arrived in Ibis on Wednesday night and stayed until Saturday. I split the dirty clothes in a bag and put it on a table, there were two shirts in that bag, a white calvin Klein, a white colcci, and a short farm dress. The next day when I arrived at night my clothes were not where I left them, even thought they might have washing service and perhaps they might have taken to wash. When I questioned a coach she said they were not working for washing and she would talk to the manager. Today they contacted me saying they didn't see any camerine out of the room where I was hosting with my clothes, which nothing can be done. Do they think the person who picked up would go out swinging clothes through the corridor knowing there are cameras?? They are little clothes, vc can pack them in towels and towels perfectly. Now and how do I stay? In the damage and the problem is my ne ??? Unlike consumer.
