The staff is friendly and attentive, but they are insufficient in number. Even though we made our reservation on July 5, we were told that the reservation was not confirmed and the payment was pending. We made a one-night deposit. 1 day later, they said that the money was paid and the deposit was refunded to us.

Displaying signs of aging in both its restaurants and rooms, the establishment may not cater to those seeking modern amenities. Parking proves to be a challenge, particularly for latecomers, with limited spaces available. The breakfast, while satisfactory, lacks the wow factor. Nevertheless, the hotel makes up for it with a prime location, offering easy access to the city center. Despite its dated charm, this accommodation option provides reasonable rates, making it a suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers willing to compromise on certain aspects of comfort and modernity.

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.
