酒店前台太慢了，網上訂好的酒店，辦理入住能磨嘰十分鐘。酒店設施偏老，條件一般。

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while visiting my wife's family here in Catalao ,Brazil. This is probably the best hotel in this small City. The staff is wonderful when some of them speak a little English which makes it easier for me. They have a restaurant on site and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Some items are cooked to order. Great selection and good coffee. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants and near the downtown area. Parking is free and plentiful. I even got some English channels on the TV . The room was spacious and very accommodating. There's a hair dryer in the bathroom. Make sure to bring a converter with you. We're looking forward to returning to this hotel when we come back here to visit family. There's a small pool, jacuzzi , gym and a sauna. There's a mini fridge which is stocked with all sorts of goodies. There's a small coffee maker in the room as well.

O hotel é bom, o café da manhã também bom. O atendimento é cortês na recepção e no café da manhã. O quarto renovado atende ao que era esperado, o banheiro podia ser melhor, não dispõe de secador de cabelo e há poucos cabides para pendurar as toalhas depois do uso. As toalhas e os lençóis são bons, os travesseiros, embora de boa marca, são duros e estavam ainda mais rígidos pois as fronhas eram pequenas, gerando desconforto para dormir.

Hotel excelente. Funcionários capacitados, instalações de primeira. O café da manhã é um dos melhores que já experimentei. Localização excelente próximo a entrada de Catalão e de vários restaurantes. Preço abaixo do que o hotel oferta.

Eu e minha família estivemos no Mara hotel e nos surpreendemos com a qualidade. Excelente. Tudo muito limpo, estruturado, manutenção em dia, ducha maravilhosa e café da manhã excelente. Percebe-se que estão atentos aos detalhes.

Quando você chega, a certeza é que o hotel é recém inaugurado. Porém ele tem 42 anos, mas com um aspecto novo, moderno e muito aconchegante. Ambiente extremamente agradável e familiar. Com certeza absoluta é o melhor da cidade. Restaurante impecável, com pratos muito saborosos. Quarto simples, mas muito funcional com todos os streamings (Netflix, etc). Excelência no atendimento de todos os funcionários. Super recomendo!
