Amazing reception service for 24/7 hence need to submit keys every time u step out which is good as no stress of handling keys and loosing it !
Rooms are good cozy and comfortable . Good tv channels
Tanle fan , hair dyrer , towels, provided
Its a main highstreet with all restoaurants near by.
So its ok opt for rooms without breakfast

Hotel is situated in the heart of town centre which was very convenient. The highlight of the hotel was its staff. Team in the reception was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again if I happen to visit Cardiff and recommend to my friends.

I had a lovely stay here. The location is fantastic with lots of things going on all around and most places are a short walk away.
The staff were very accommodating and polite. There's not a lift so you do need to walk up stairs. Before arriving, I requested a room on the lowest possible floor to minimise climbing for my mother and the staff were responsive and helpful. The service from Sanjay and Ruth was excellent. The breakfast was yummy and they had vegan-friendly options too!
I was worried the room would be a bit small for two people but it was lovely, the shower was great and it was actually quite spacious.
I was also impressed with how secure the hotel was and Anne-Marie on the front desk was really pleasant to chat with at any time.
I would definitely recommend this place and I would be very happy to stay here again!

Reasonable price in the city centre. Easy to find. Very noisy at night as it's right next to the main street.

I would like to recommend this hotel. The reception service is extremely kind and friendly. I contacted them when I lost my stuff and then they immediately do found it for me. Lovely service, good location and cheap price.
