This was a delightful stopover right in the middle of Cardiff, the room was clean, the bathroom was even cleaner. I shall be back in two weeks.

Stayed for a night and the location was perfect,only 7min walk from Cardiff Central train station. Very easy to get to. At the first glance, the hotel seems very old compared to the photo but it was quite clean. Check in was easy and the receptionists were very friendly.. I love the 24 hr front desk service. Since it is in the city center, the surrounding is a bit crowded but the entrance is always locked and you have to ring the bell if you want to get inside which I felt safe. As a solo traveller in a new city, that's the main thing i wanted. the room is tiny but have all the things I need. i thought i would hear the voices from other rooms judging by the look of the walls but I didnt . Bed was comfy and slept well.. Would definitely stay there again. Cheers.

Everything in the hotel worked well for me. It was just that i need to carry the heavy luggage and walk up the staircase to the 2nd floor.
