Nice stay, just the job for the night. Good location, lovely Cotswold buildings. Ideal for a trip to Bath without having to pay the prices there.

I rated the service as disappointing because we had booked the hotel for two nights anticipating that we would eat dinner in the dining room each evening. But we received an email 3 days before arrival informing us that the dining room would be closed n both those evening. Otherwise the service was good. The facilities were good except that on arrival there was no water in the taps. The staff corrected this after a couple of hours, but it was inconvenient..

An overnight return visit after 12 years. All staff served us well. Room was comfortable and clean. Room starting to look tired in places e.g. bathroom window difficult to open, screws to handle loose and missing. There is an annoying noise by the electric charger parking area, generator or the like. Would have been a pain if we were sitting outside. But didn't hear in room. Lovely well kept garden areas.

Weather was lovely, stay very comfortable, evenibg meal and breakfast lovely. Rooms are very tired, but clean. Staff very attentive and help full.

Such a
Guyers house is located in a quiet rural spot. Its a great house with alot of history, sympathetically maintained.
The rooms are comfortable with views of the grounds. This is my second stay and i will be back.
Lots of choice for breakfast. Simple but good evening meals.
Seperate bar lounge if required.
Easy parking.

Lovely stay, room very tired, but comfortable. Staff Lovely, breakfasts very nice. Evening meal excellence, had the duck absolutely delicious.

Has become basic
Stayed here about 10 years ago and it was very good then. Now it’s fallen from grace. The rooms are ok with clean linen and towels etc but the food is basic, slow to arrive and limited in choice. There are too few staff and it’s telling. Wouldn’t stay again in a hurry.
