A surprise upgrade from single to double, the room was cozy and warm with the added bonus of an electric blanket to warm the bed later. Kettle and water brilliant tea and coffee are very enjoyable.

There was no one to let me in but they were very responsive via text message and, I have to say this, the room and bathroom in particular were just so comfortable. Please don't hesitate to book here! You won't find anywhere better for the price.

Great stay! Did just what I needed. Close to the train station. The room has a good large bed, a TV with Netflix, water, some snacks. Fridge. Decent bathroom. And it is overall clean. I was in room 2. Useful guide with nearby shops in the room too.

These rooms are just the job if you want somewhere you can be self sufficient. They’re clean, well prepped, quiet and within easy walking distance of amenities with a late shop also right outside. Comms we’re excellent from the owner before and after arrival. Some really nice little personal touches in the room, coffee , tea, biscuits and earplugs not that they were needed. I’ve read the other review that paints a negative picture of cleanliness. I’m pretty fussy and can honestly say it was immaculate. Thanks.

Checked into this room end of Feb, the website made it look stunning, and at a quick glance it was, the first night there I was barely in the room apart to sleep, second day I noticed how dirty and grimey and just unkempt it really was. So after leaving I emailed the owner, asked for a refund and had no response and my phone number blocked so cannot contact again. Had I received the refund I probably would have given this place another chance as I am visiting again, but will not give it a chance again
