Very old hotel with outdated facilities. However, there is a bus stop downstairs that can go to the bus station, as well as the tesco express that runs late.
Far from the city center and the beach. Not very recommended for travel.

Great location and clean comfortable room for the night. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Tesco below was super helpful for food, sadly breakfast wasn't early enough for us. bed was comfy and quiet, just what we needed for the gala in the national pool of Wales.

The external noise from I assume Tesco store delivery wakes you very early and goes on a long time. The towels had a fousty smell never had issue with towels at any other premier inn. Staff in restaurant helpful and fast.....................................

Excellent location for walks along the Marina, and walkable distance in to the city centre. Always very friendly and helpful staff and very clean room. The most comfortable bed and pilllows! Best night’s sleep! If one is driving and has a car in Swansea, this hotel has a huge parking lot right next door (uncovered) and the cost is £6.00 to park for 24 hours (the machine only takes coins). Very handy having the little Tesco on the premises as well. All in all very good value for money and a lovely area to stay in while exploring Swansea.

Totally unsafe hotel no security on lifts or floor access, we had drunks trying to kick our room door in I'm 70 and my partner 67 we don't need this I tried to se the video footage and they wouldn't show me avoid this hotel the Premier 5min away is a safer venue

very aware you need to book for room service.... booked for our 4 nights on arrival 1st day .. ok 2nd day .. NO .. went to reception on way out room service booked YES ..... returned later ROOM NOT SERVICED .... went to reception .. allsorts of excuses.... computer down ... told i had checked before going out this left a very sour note tea box 2 tea bags 4 milk GET REAL have used this room countless times... still the bathroom sink nasty crack... UNSIGHTLY

Room 209 lovely room clean and tidy and a great night,s kipp. staff on reception were excellent and helpful,I had the meal deal and the receptionist booked me in for my evening meal,and my breakfast. Evening meal was lovely staff at the beefeater were excellent very helpful Breakfast was excellent if you leave here hungry it's you're own fault thanks to the staff and happy Christmas ⛄🎁. Regards Steve Scarborough.
