This widespread hotel was born from the initiative of the manager who renovated a series of houses in the Jewish quarter of Castiglione di Sicilia, making them an original and characteristic accommodation facility in which each guest occupies a room, a mini-apartment, a studio flat, all different them, but also connected to the reception and the adjoining Osteria (where you can eat and have breakfast, very good, with homemade cakes and sweets) by stairs, terraces, terraces with plants and trees, alleys that maintain their charm. Even the town center is easily reachable on foot and in no time. My accommodation had the advantage of absolute tranquillity; some problems encountered (the electric heater that supplies the heating broke; the lampshade was without a light bulb) were immediately resolved. Recommended, also for the friendliness and availability of the manager.

All'arrivo, devo dire che sono stato accolto con molta simpatia – forse per distrarmi da quello che avrei trovato dopo. Entrando in stanza, infatti, ho scoperto che l'atmosfera "vintage" si estende anche alle pulizie... che, evidentemente, sono state saltate per aggiungere autenticità all'esperienza. Tra polvere ovunque e un bagno che sembrava aver visto giorni migliori (decenni fa), mi sono chiesto se la pulizia fosse inclusa nel concetto di "diffuso". A completare il quadro, una deliziosa fragranza di umidità che impregnava ogni angolo. Se l'intento era farmi viaggiare indietro nel tempo, sicuramente ci sono riusciti! Peccato, perché basterebbe un po' di cura in più per rendere questo posto davvero accogliente.

Camera priva di aria condizionata, di wifi, di bidet, solo telo doccia. Mi riferisco alla camera 114, chiaramente le altre non le ho visitate. Ritengo che attirare i clienti e poi disattendere le aspettative pubblicizzate sia un inganno.

Accoglienza e servizi straordinari in un piccolo borghetto restaurato e silenzioso. La camera era dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole a 2 passi da bellissime attrazioni. Colazione fantastica, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Da ritornarci e raccomandare a tutti.
