Nice, but not great for kids
The apartment was fine, and the hostess was lovely and helpful, but the apartment was quite small and the kitchenette was located in a hallway and so very cramped. The decor was also very... brown and generally drab, although the beds were comfy and large. Overall would definitely not the apartment recommend for kids

Slow elevator
Where nice and clean family room. Unfortunately no balcony. The elevator was scaringly slow, mot for claustrophobics like my wife. This was the most expensive room during our Italy trip and I have to say the overall standard and service did not match the price. No real breakfast options on site.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in a long time. It is infested with ants and there is no hot water. This is unacceptable. I am so disgusted and feel like I’m being robbed. Moreover, they stuck me in a room right off of the lobby so I can hear everyone coming in and out. It’s bizarre.
