MY HOME @LE GUAZZE BONE -WHOLE HOUSE SEA VIEW WITH GARDEN

Beautiful view; great host! We are a couple with a teenage boy. We chose this location mainly for the view, and it is absolutely as beautiful as in the photos. The owner met us at the property to let us in and explain the location and amenities, which was wonderful. She was also very helpful with local tips and advice about things to do nearby, and made sure to let us know that we could reach out if there was anything we needed, which we did. Although the property is in a very small village, it was surprisingly easy to get to other parts of the Maremma region by car. Parking was hit and miss in terms of how far we had to walk, but we are active people, so it did not bother us to walk a few blocks to the car. It should be noted that there is a steep hill to walk down to the house, and then up again to get to the nearest parking. The house itself is very nice, with beds and a bathroom upstairs. We love the outdoors, and explored the Parco Regionale della Maremma (highly recommend it) as well as the beach in nearby Castiglione della Pescaia. Drop the car and rent some bikes in town! We also spent some time in Vetulonia at the museum there, which has some beautiful Etruscan artifacts as well as exhibits about the Etruscan history and culture of the area. The hotel restaurant just above the house was lovely. The kitchen in the unit was great to have, and the furniture was comfortable. Having access to nature and an amazing view right outside was exactly what we wanted, and this house was perfect for that.
