Bon emplacement proche du centre ville. Chambre confortable et esthétique. Personnel très accueillant. Mais atmosphère générale un peu froide. Restaurant fermé tôt .

Very well located hotel with ample free parking. Good size room but like many business style hotels, storage was basic at best. Decent size bathroom with towels changed daily. A fridge would have been helpful especially for those with medicines to keep cool and it was super hot. The air conditioning was effective though. We used the pool a couple of times as did many others and this was a very welcome treat and well maintained. Towels for use at the pool are free but they didn’t really appear until late morning. They are just left of one of the metal chairs. Didn’t take any food or drink at the hotel as only a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre where you have plenty of choice. Not as many restaurants in the main square though which surprised me but it was a lovely attractive space nonetheless. Sunday and Monday nights can be challenging to find somewhere to eat as lots of places closed even in July. Would recommend this hotel if staying in this area.

Firstly, amazing building and architecture. Great parking for big vans Check in was excellent, great guy at front desk Bed is so comfortable Restaurant was superb, limited enough choices. Had the Camembert for starter and steak for mains, it was perfect. Waiter was excellent and very experienced Seems to be an amazing spa on-site, definitely worth a visit, I’d say the town is worth exploring

Nicely appointed, spacious room...immaculate...very comfy large bed and lovely linens...tub and separate shower. Very efficient check-in and warm welcome. For some reason the WiFi was problematic on my laptop but access was fine on my husband's Ipad. Only ****** was that construction was going on at a tall building next door so that was our view. Asked for a different room but hotel was full that night. Would love to return--and get an upgraded room with a landscape view. Parking easy right in front of the entrance. Short walk to restaurants and shops.

Staff unhelpful. Loud rock music in courtyard- supposed to be peaceful!!!!. Dinner pretty awful. Starter and main course overcooked and just reheated. Don't eat there go up to old town. V difficult to find entrance to hotel carpark

We stayed a night in Montauban between walking tours in Provence and Dordogne. The stop was utilitarian, but the Abbaye added a touch of class. Room was lovely with open shutters out onto a veranda overlooking trees and away from all traffic noise. Bathroom was well appointed. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh squeezed orange juice, a great selection of baked goods, jams, cheese and fruit

This hotel is in an historic building but the inside feels like a business hotel, large and a bit impersonal. It is well positioned in the center of town and just a short walk from the museum and lots of restaurants. The rooms are entirely modern, bland and a little small. I recommend getting a room that looks onto the courtyard, rather than one overlooking the surrounding streets, which have no view at all. The bathrooms are ultra modern and high-end, with some toiletries provided. Breakfast is in a small dining area with a reasonable amount of choice, if entirely self-service and not included in the price of the room. The reception staff are professional but not friendly.

what a let down - the joys of arriving after a long drive to a bored receptionist, being asked to pay 5 euros for a towel for the pool (no bath towels allowed), being told the gym doesn't open until 0900 and having the worst rooms due to booking on *********** would never come here again and would recommend other don't bother either. Very expensive for a room with no fridge, no soaps or toiletries and no view
