Giuseppe's welcome to the restaurant with an obvious quality of food. A gluten-free choice for allergy sufferers that is quite satisfying. Magnificent red wines should be offered at cellar temperature, between 16 and 18 degrees, it’s a shame to offer them at room temperature. In the 5 times that we have come, we have always noticed the same thing: the lighting in the restaurant should be more polished, it looks like a restaurant in Rimini from the 70s, and the lighting should be really redesigned for a five star. This time the water in the bubble massage area was not hot enough We reported this but nothing changed during our stay. They have redone the whole relaxing spa area, very neat and welcoming; a tip: write down the ingredients that are contained in the herbal tea that you offer to customers in the spa, it is important for allergy sufferers. !!! One day it will be necessary to think about renewing the furniture, the armchairs, the sofas because they have a completely outdated style. In the room there is always a pen and paper to write. Breakfast before Covid 19 was a buffet and it was abundant and impressive in choice. Now it is served à la carte and frankly it is not a five-star breakfast, it is quite poor in quantity and choice.
