I chose the hotel because of the location and the fact it has electric car chargers on the parking. To my pleasant surprise I was upgraded to a city view room. There was only one AC charger on the parking but luckily there was not much charging going on so I could use it. The room was quite normal with a nice view over the city had it not been as misty as it was that day. The indoor pool is very large and comfortable. Unfortunately they require you to wear a swimming cap which can be bought at the reception for 3 Euros.

Come here for the spa,took a monthbership. Jacuzzi didnt work,first time but they got it working.Second time it was out of order,reception was not open which ment there were no cups for the waterachine as u have to get them from there.On top of all came for the awuagym class but the teacher didn't show up! 0n top they are constructing putside which makes a lot Of noise!Very disappointed,lets see what the 3rd time will bring. .

Really was great, I has been before and I'm sure they can't perform better. Service was right, view amazing and room perfect I really it is a place I recommend a lot. I taken a dinner there and it is perfect with a service similar to top restaurants

Very nice hotel by the Castelo Branco city. Great views, extremely comfortable rooms and good price. Very nice and varied breakfast. The hotel also provides swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room facilities. Staff was friendly. Park facilities.

It was lovely as usual. Really when travel though this areq I try to book it because staff is very nice and I have everything I need specially it is clean that probably is one of the most important thing for me. I recommend it includong if you don't use SPA service

Good though longish ride. Castelo Branco quite large but I got almost there, with help from a local, spot on. Modern and Big. Easy Check In. Fourth Floor room with balcony. Meal in the bar. Breakfast pretty good. Fine for a night or so.

Excellent facilities, wonderful view and a mouthwatering breakfast. Hard to believe it is only 4stars, should be 5. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Castelo Branco or somewhere nearby. Lovely town btw.
