Ich warne alle vor diesem Anbieter CASA 92! Ich wurde Opfer eines Phishing-Angriffs, nachdem ich über Airbnb eine gefälschte Nachricht von diesem Anbieter erhalten habe. In der Nachricht wurde ich aufgefordert, meine Angaben auf einer betrügerischen Website zu aktualisieren. Aufgrund dieser betrügerischen Aktivitäten wurde ich gezwungen, meine Buchung zu stornieren, natürlich zufällig ohne Rückerstattung!!! Der Kundenservice des Anbieters war absolut unzureichend und unkooperativ. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderungen und Erklärungen wurde mir der ausstehende Betrag nicht zurückgezahlt. Ich kann nur jedem raten, einen großen Bogen um diesen Anbieter zu machen, um ähnliche Probleme und finanzielle Verluste zu vermeiden. Es ist enttäuschend, dass solche unseriösen Praktiken auf einer Plattform wie Airbnb vorkommen können. Ich hoffe, dass Airbnb entsprechende Maßnahmen in Zukunft ergreift, um andere Nutzer vor solchen Betrügereien zu schützen. --- Stelle sicher, dass deine Bewertung sachlich und klar bleibt, aber gleichzeitig deutlich macht, welche Probleme du erlebt hast. Dies kann anderen potenziellen Mietern helfen, sich vor ähnlichen Erfahrungen zu schützen.

Um horror apresentei queixa na policia.Nao utilizei a reserva pois atribuiram me um quarto diferente daquele que paguei e era impossivel dormir pois tinha um barulho ensurdecedor que vinha do exaustor. Tenho fotos e video ( que nao consigo postar) que o comprovam. O frigorifico nem abria a porta pois batia na cama. O arquiteto/ recececionista ofendeu me e foi extremamente grosseiro e mal educado. Para alem de mentir, mas como tenho testemunha que estava comigo e prints das chamadas contra fatos nao ha argumento. Ainda me disse "...voce é so de hoteis de 5 estrelas va la para esses hoteis nao venha para aqui...." Fiz queixa na policia e os advogados estao a tratar do reembolso de algo que nao usufrui e que o alojamento me cobrou. Eu trabalho com hotelaria e nunca permitiria a um empregado meu tratar assim os clientes. Vergonhoso

Hotel superou as espectativas. Tudo novíssimo, decoração moderna, cozinha bem equipada, toalhas de banho e roupas de cama impecáveis. Localização central, mas silenciosa e calma. Café da manhã já te espera no frigobar, e o pão quentinho é pontualmente deixado à porta às 8 da manhã. Check-in eletrônico eficiente, com senhas p abertura de portaria e quartos. Boas vindas e solicitações rápidas pelo WhatsApp. Moraria naquele apartamento. Desejo voltar.

Bem localizado, com equipamentos que atendem muito bem uma breve estadia. A comunicação com o staf é muito bom e as questões são respondidas de maneira muito rápida. Não tivemos qualquer problema e recomendo muito este local.
