Great family they even shared there personal BBQ dishes with us. The restaurant have great food, rooms clean and quiet. Will visit again.

We stopped by chance due to a torrential rain. We found the food excellent. Very well presented. The sea bass in almonds crust was excellent. Just a bit pricey. But I would go again. There was a lady pretending to be an influencer which ruined a bit the atmosphere.

Ho trascorso una settimana di vacanza con il mio compagno e il nostro bimbo di quasi 2 anni in questo bellissimo posto a due passi dalla famosa località di San Vito lo Capo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, la famiglia del Signor Paolo è davvero ospitale e cordiale, mai invadente. Una nota molto positiva è l'atteggiamento accogliente ed affettuoso nei confronti del nostro piccolo. Ottimi piatti tipici, camere spaziose, posto tranquillo e curato. Complimenti!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel.. Pulizia, quiete e gentilezza dei proprietari hanno fatto sì che trascorressimo 3 giorni stupendi, visitando i bei posti nei dintorni, inoltre Paolo ci ha deliziato cn la sua buona cucina preparando piatti del posto. Che dire? Ci ritorneremo x un periodo più lungo x assaporare al meglio quanto di meglio c'è in Sicilia. Consigliamo vivamente di provare l hotel oasi di Paolo a San Vito lo capo. Hotel di ottima qualità, pulito, ottimo ristorante, servizi più che buoni, piscina confortevole e grande ospitalità. Consigliato a tutti. Vicinissimo a San vito lo capo ma più tranquillo. Pesce più che buono. Menù vario. Colazione molto ricca e varia.

Ritornati dopo 14 anni presso questa struttura migliorata notevolmente e con la ristorazione sempre al top. Davvero complimenti sia ai proprietari che a tutto lo staff, cucina e personale di sala sempre attenti e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente per la tranquillita' e vicinanza a San Vito lo Capo e dintorni e naturalmente per la cucina principalmente a base di pesce

L'hotel è molto carino e pulito e la piscina una vera "chicca". Tutti i giorni vengono cambiati gli asciugamani che per un 3 stelle non è scontato e le camere sono ben pulite. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Erice, Segesta, le saline di Trapani, Trapani e ovviamente San Vito lo capo (10 min di auto). Il ristorante è molto buono e la qualità del pesce ottima. Altri ristoranti della zona ci hanno deluso malgrado le buone recensioni mentre qui abbiamo mangiato sempre bene. Personale cordiale d disponibile. Unico consiglio: migliorare la colazione. NEL COMPLESSO ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO.

Per un pranzo veloce con tre insalatone light e 4 bruschette pesto e bottarga pagare 70 euro, mi sembra veramente esagerato. Abbiamo speso quanto una pranzo completo. Servizio veloce, ma rapporto qualità-prezzo ...pessimo. Voto 4

Conosco hotel ristorante Oasi di Paolo da almeno 16 anni lo scoperto x caso e da quel giorno io e la mia famiglia nn ce ne siamo più privati,biennio di pandemia a parte, location ospitalità,pulizia, professionalità,cortesia di tutto lo staff,cucina eccezionale il tutto condito dalla splendida cornice della riserva di monte cofano e della spiaggia di baia Santa Margherita, consiglio a tutti quelli che si trovano in questo angolo di Sicilia di provare la cucina e l ospitalità della famiglia Grammatico ....non fatevela scappare...provare x credere ♥️♥️
