Las puertas tienen moho, encontramos hormigas mientras nos duchamos , yo tenía una hormiga en la cara , las paredes tienen manotazos de grasa , el suelo esta sucisimo , y encontramos caca en la taza del váter, horrible se merece un cero . No volveré.

APPRENEZ LE RESPECT. Le personnel ce permet de traiter les clients de l’hôtel de fou et également de dire que les gens sont pas normaux. Parce qu’ils sont frustrer quand ils voient des avis négatifs. Remettez vous en question ? Pourquoi votre hôtel il y’a de la moisissure ? C’est de la faute des clients?? Prenez en mains le problème et nettoyer correctement votre hôtel. Il y’a du bruis de partout impossible de fermer l’oreil de la nuit ? C’est de la faute des clients aussi ? Revoyez vos isolations pour permettre du confort à votre clientèle. Regarder plus loin le problème. Vous vous permettez de tous mettre sur la faute des clients alors que c’est votre responsabilité d’avoir un hôtel correct. Ce manque de respect est hallucinant et montre à quel point vous vous fichez du confort de vos clients au lieu de ça vous les traiter et les harceler de messages pour les insulter.
