Absolutely recommendable hotel. The somewhat harsh tone of the owner irritated us a little when we arrived, but he is a really nice guy. Lovely furnished rooms, great breakfast in a very nice atmosphere. We would have liked to extend our stay, but it was fully booked. Very nice surroundings. We would love to come back!!!

We stayed one night to visit Rosignano Marittima and Rosignano Solvey. Let's start by saying that the owners are fantastic, friendly and helpful. The room with basic furniture but the new bathroom and everything very clean, a negative note, that perhaps the room had been closed for a while, because there was a strong musty smell, and not very soundproofed, because how nice it was to wake up with the birds chirping, you will hear the hustle and bustle of the other guests a little less afterwards. The estate is located in the open countryside in a fantastic position, a large garden with swimming pool overlooking the Etruscan valley. Truly spectacular. Breakfast was served to us by the owner with the typical Tuscan friendliness, with local products and homemade desserts, all delicious. Those who want fried eggs or cold cuts are considered extra. But I think the breakfast is more than plentiful and good as it is. They let us find water in the minibar, I absolutely recommend it. We paid 70 euros including breakfast, I would say excellent value for money. If we have the opportunity we will definitely return.

Super nice host Clean rooms Relaxing setting Good location if you are by car, close to Pisa, Livorno, Volterra. Cinque Terre is further away but doable (1h15 by car). And the beach is 15 minutes away.

Having to go to the area with a colleague for work, the colleague chooses this B&B a short distance from our destination and which he already knows. Unfortunately, both the season and the late time of our arrival allow me to see little of the structure and its particularities. However, the structure is not new, but discreetly maintained. Unfortunately it does not have a lift, and therefore is not suitable for people with walking problems, unless they occupy rooms on the ground floor. In winter the structure only offers breakfast services; I honestly don't know if in other seasons of the year the structure can also serve meals for lunch or dinner. The staff is courteous and kind. The breakfast is good and with fresh products. You can also make additional requests to the dining room staff (omelettes or eggs in different preparations, cured meats, cheeses, etc.).

I would like to confirm everything good that has already been written about the structure and the services. The managers are very kind and welcoming, the structure is even better than it already appears in the photos. highly recommended.
