Unfortunately a quite bad experience, with very rude, incompetent, and incredible petty staff. I had 4 interactions with them, all bad. They let my wife and baby wait in 37° to sort out some admin They booked our pitch 3 times that day! (No kidding) When we finally arrived to the pitch we found out it’s occupied already for 5 days and the neighbours said they had the same problems earlier and had to change as well! They tried to take my Passport in custody and use our deposit and prepayment to pressure us. I even heard similar things from other campers, while there. They said, this was pretty new behaviour, and not happening in previous years. The staff reacted to all this with rude arrogance, always claiming: “it’s our policy”. In general the campsite has a very mass-tourist flair. It seems like they just want to optimise their profit. It’s the exact opposite of a family atmosphere There are regular loudspeaker announcements across the whole compound that give you a prison feeling and it’s only a few miles down from the runway of Milan International Airport, so commercial airliners pass over it every 5 minutes very low directly after take-off. Huge mistake !AVOID!

Terrible place, cramped lanes, tight turns, unclean facilities. In particular the motorhome services are appalling, one is just impossible use as it is at the back of a building, and the other is very tight. We were also had to pay €10 because we were British, despite telling them that we had paid with a European bank account

The campsite is in an excellent location next to the lake/river with a lovely wide grassy beach which receives plenty of shade in the afternoon. Easy access for SUP or kayak and a platform you can jump/dive off. The holiday was ruined somewhat by the campsite entertainment which took place on the beach rather than in the clubhouse where a DJ played music until midnight on at least two occasions (and on one occasion, the campsite next door did the same until midnight) We were also informed of the day’s entertainment at regular intervals through the tannoy system which was just meters from our tent. These announcements were made often at 9am. Completely unnecessary.

I really think we will come back here, we had a great time. The campsite is equipped with excellent services, the restaurant inside has excellent cuisine and a really fast service (the frying was excellent). The staff is kind and extremely attentive to customer needs (they also provided us with tennis rackets and balls and a ball to play volleyball and responded to all our requests). We stayed at the WAKE Caravan which I highly recommend, as it has all the services for a family of up to 4 people, like ours. Very accurate cleaning and beautiful location, located right in front of the lake. What I most appreciated is the fact that the campsite is run purely by women and this undoubtedly makes it more attentive to detail and to the care of the many aspects that such a large place needs. My girls were very happy and they also found friends to spend time with, which doesn't hurt and guaranteed us to spend some days in peace since the campsite is limited and closed and there is an obligation to remain silent from 23 at 8 in the morning (not always respected especially by the bar which continues with the music even after 24). I recommend this structure to families or people who want to stay even just a few days, just like us.

Ich möchte hier mal eine gegen die teils grottenschlechten Bewertungen anschreiben. Ich habe gebucht, bevor ich die Bewertungen gelesen habe. Danach habe ich dann doch mal ein bisschen gelesen und bin mit Bauchgrummeln angekommen. Keine der Negativpunkte wurde jedoch bestätigt! Es ist ein toller Platz direkt am Lago mit Zugang zum Wasser. Die Stellplätze - wir reisen mit dem Wohnmobil - sind ausreichend groß. Wir hatten einen Platz fast direkt am See. Sanitärhäuser sind sauber, es gibt Klobrillen! Das einzige, was es nicht gibt, sind tatsächlich WC-Bürsten. Abhilfe: Stückchen Papier vorm Geschäft rein, geht auch. Ich kann wirklich nichts negatives sagen. Auch der Punkt der genannten Abzocke trifft nicht zu. WLAN kostenfrei für so viele Geräte, wie man möchte. Wir verbrachten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt hier und können den Platz nur empfehlen!

Wir sind am 24.05 25 angerreist.Wir mussten den Stellplatz sofort bezahlen ,wir konnten nicht alles mit der Karte bezahlen nur ein Teil.Auf dem Platz angekommen und aufgebaut wurden wir bis Mittwoch von einem Maler beschallt der die Bar gestrichen hat.Ab Donnerstag kam dann die Motorsensen Truppe,weil Rasenmäher gibt es nicht,bis Freitag.Am Freitagnacht bekam ich eine Nachricht um 23.36 Uhr das mein Wohnwagen falsch herum steht.Haben die nach einer Woche festgestellt.Nächster Tag war Abfahrt habe ihn stehengelassen. Dann die Sanitären Anlagen wiederlich.einmal abends gereinigt mit jede menge Desinfektionsmittel.DeineToilettenkassette musste man über einem Gitter ausleeren zum Grauwasser.In den Damentoiletten kein Papier.Das Wasser liegt am Ufer voller großer Steine im Wasser und wir Haben auch Flaschen im Wasser gesehen.Dieser Platz ist ein gutes Beispiel Das die nur Instand halten und nur wenn es sein muß. Auf der Speisekarte im Netz stehen Gerichte drauf die bekommt im Restaurant gar nicht. Wir sin seit 30 Jahren Camper aber so was haben wir noch nicht gesehen. Die ist unsere persöhnliche Meinung

La mia esperienza con questo campeggio è stata davvero deludente. Nonostante avessimo acquistato la tessera del campeggio e un abbonamento a ore per il wakeboard (pagato in anticipo), ci è stato chiesto di pagare 9 euro per una permanenza oltre le 3 ore. Nessuno ci aveva avvisato di questa tariffa extra al momento dell’acquisto, il che è totalmente scorretto. Come se non bastasse, quando abbiamo fatto notare la situazione, ci è stato risposto in modo minaccioso che una recensione negativa avrebbe comportato il divieto di accesso futuro al campeggio, anche se avevamo già pagato le ore per il wakeboard che non avremmo potuto completare. Trovo inaccettabile un comportamento così poco professionale e scorretto verso i clienti. Questo atteggiamento rovina quella che altrimenti sarebbe potuta essere un’esperienza piacevole. Non consiglio questo posto a nessuno finché non migliorano la trasparenza e il rispetto per i clienti.

Ich hatte hier einen Zwischenstop in einem Bungalow gebucht. Nachdem ich die Zimmer gesichtet habe wollte ich sofort stornieren. Das war laut Betreiberin nicht möglich, nur zum vollen Preis. Die Klima defekt, Dreck soweit das Auge reicht. Flugzeuge aller 20 sek, Monteure die Früh um 6 das Areal verlassen unter saumäßigem Lärm. Auf dem Foto bei Booking ist an jedem Bungalow ein Wirlpool, in der Realität ist es einer für alle. Kann ich nur davon abraten hier zu Buchen.
