Top from the equipment - better than the 4-Sterne-Hotel that we had visited before. All you need for a stop (also like 2-3 days to explore the lake). The park gap in front of the door, partly covered is super, so you can load the car without problems when it rains. The bathroom is even better than expected. All clean, small TV (but who needs it), fast internet - suits. Breakfast is good, only in the breakfast room hangs an undefinable smell that does not just invite to stay. But the rest is really good. In the surroundings some restaurants. Pricefully absolutely within the framework. It fits everything! Recommended for an interim stop.

Really a good place, with free shuttleservice to the airport even! The wifi is free, and works perfectly - and the familyroom we had was spacious and clean - nothing missing with cleaning every say. Great pool area. We enjoyed the breakfast very much! The dinner was buffet during our stay due to the storm, so we can’t really rate the dinner. But everything else was ok. One missing star is for the playground, which is kind of too tired and should be replaced? But other than that: we had two great days here as a family and will come back.

The room (we had No 106) was modern & very clean, the location great, the parking helpful. Thanks to Tripadvisor we had great dinners in restaurants, all within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was certainly Corona-conditioned so reduced: There was toast, ham, cheese and egg per personal allocation. We were there for 1 week - it was the same every day. This could be optimised. We could not use the sauna because of the special opening hours. Unfortunately, our beautiful holiday was spoiled afterwards: We always keep our things in a locked suitcase in hotels when we are not in the room during the day. This was also the case here the whole week. Exception: the day after we went shopping. We hung exactly 4 items in the room so they wouldn't crease. Everything else was in the suitcase or in the car. One of the clothes we bought, for which we have a receipt, did not arrive at home and could only have stayed in the hotel. In whatever way. What a pity. Maybe it will turn up...

Set in a peaceful area close to a lovely little town called Sesto Calende. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking woodland. As it is out of the way, they also sell plated meals at reasonable prices which can be heated in their kitchen area, if you don’t want to head out. Lovely staff, will definitely return.

The location is TOP! I have stayed there 8 years ago as well. Very well maintained and it saves a lot of time commuting to the airport especially when we have an early flight to catch. The front office team is excellent. They responded my email promptly and tried to fulfilled my requests. I highly appreciate their assistance! Special thanks to Jonas and Freddy. Bella esperienza. Le cosa più bella della camere è che sembrano proprio delle piccole casette stile bungalow a sé con parcheggio privato per ognuna. Ci si rilassa molto bene, il box doccia è un grande plus. Uniche cose che ”boccio” sono la dimensione della TV, un po' piccola anche se è molto apprezzabile la posizione in alto e incastrata nello specchio, e i cuscini un po' troppo piatti che non sono proprio il massimo della comodità. Altra nota positiva è l'ubicazione a 2 passi dal lago in un bel paesino. Assolutamente consigliato

Hotel is well equiped to accomodate early travellers ∼ breakfast starts at 5am and front desk is ready to handle leaving guests. Staff is young yet experienced. They know airport traffic well and can advise accordingly. One surprise was their restaurant. Home-style food and not salty. I was carelessly slipped my side dish. Team came quickly to clean floor. They then provided a hot water soaked napkin to address my soiled clothing. Few mins after they came with a fresh side dish! Kudo to the team. A point on free airport shuttle - taking T2 to T1 direction and stop at Case Nuove. The stop is right at the interaction where you can walk to the hotel easily.

It's a fairytale! It took me a lot to decide if to take the risk to travel or not. I'm glad I did take the risk! This is the first holiday when I don't check anything about the place I was going to stay, surrounding area not at all, just wanted to escape London for a bit. From far one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The hotel looks like a museum, incredibly amazing, surprises didn't chased to happen, they have a pool, tennis court, soccer court so many facilities, it's crazy. The room I've stayed, stunning,the view from the balcony took my breath away. It's quite, it's beautiful, it's perfect! Hotel stuff, they couldn't do any better than this, friendly, willing to assist whenever necessary, I felt like home! For anyone looking to escape the madness from a busy city like London let's say, this is the best place to be! P.S. make sure you bring mosquitoes spray, as I've mentioned I haven't done any inquiries before coming so, mosquitoes attack wasn't fun at all. I was looking forward to have dinner in the outdoors restaurant which ended up being a nightmare, but it was entirely my fault, the hotel is located on a hill, surrendered by trees obviously you'll have to deal with mosquitoes.
