"I had high hopes for this ”4star hotel”
From the pictures and the previous reviews everything seemed like it was too good to be true...
Arrival was average, had to ask which way to go to get to my allocated room (normally you are directed by a member of reception atleast)
Arrived at my room (104) 1st floor.
Opened the door to a bright airy room..my first thoughts were this is lovely.
Dropped my bags and took a shower and that's where things started to go downhill...let me explain...
Now I am aware this is not 5 star but if im being totally honest I have stayed in cleaner 2 star hotels...
The attention to detail from the cleaners is just way below par for a 4 star establishment.
Shower door covered in limescale (easy to put right with a bit of Elbow grease)
Mold and nasties around the outer edge of the shower door (see pics)
Splash marks all over the tiles at the side of the sink (like old toothpaste marks)
Sink wouldn't drain properly (seemed to be blocked)
Skirting boards definitely hadn't been given a wipe for a good few weeks/months
All standard/basic stuff that you would expect from any hotel and certainly from a 4 star one or am I being picky?
Then there was the call to reception to ask for some milk so I could make a coffee (kettle is provided in room)
Receptionist said they don't have fresh milk only 'powdered sachets' of the most vile tasting milk I've ever had (think baby milk/gone off normal milk)
Apparently the restaurant was closed so they could not access it to get some fresh milk?
Receptionist advised me to go to the supermarket..which is a 25 minute walk from the hotel 🤦♀️
As it happens there is a coffee machine outside the reception entrance so I found myself nipping downstairs to buy one from there. (Not the most convenient but we move forward)
I had read that there was a rooftop restaurant in the flyer as advertised but when I asked about it apparently it is no longer there?
The restaurant is only open at breakfast times so no food is available not even snacks? However they advertise room service so unsure how that works?
Outdoor pools closed which is fine but you couldn't even sit on the loungers hence....nowhere to sit outside the hotel itself.
Such a shame that all these little things build and in turn let it down as a 4 star advertised hotel.
Now for the positives...
The view from the room of the sea is beautiful
It is literally across the road from miles of sandy beaches
There are a couple of lovely restaurants nearby that are open from 12 noon for brunch/dinner and reasonably priced.
The area itself is super quiet and feels safe enough as a solo traveller."
"At first I was concerned about the location of the hotel. Nothing to be worried about. The hotel is near the train station. (20 minutes walk). There are several options for dining around the hotel. The facilities are well kept (sauna/pool). The room was spacious and comfortable. Something to improve would be the operating ours for the bar. They close at 11. You could not get even a bottle of water unless you go and walk at least 10 minutes. Things that can improve for future travelers. 1. The attitude of the people in the lobby should represent the hotel brand. There was a staff person in the checking counter( I don’t know his name, male in his 30s…) yelling to another coworker and he didn’t mind if there were guests or not around. Truly unkind and unprofessional. 2. The restrooms in the lobby need a lot of maintenance. There were broken toilets and faucets. Besides these observations, this place is a very good option if you want to stay outside Barcelona."
"It is suitable for stays of more than one week. The front desk sometimes has Chinese people. It is convenient to communicate. It is recommended to rent a car. The airport taxi is about 30 Euros to the hotel. The 94/95 bus at the hotel entrance is 2.2 Euros directly to Plaza de España and Catal. Ronia Square, the car is about 40 minutes without traffic jam, it is very convenient"

"It's relatively clean. There is no coffee in the room, no bottled water and other common necessities. The service staff does not speak English. The bathroom is older than the round one. It is also very small. It is also difficult to adjust the water temperature."
"Decided to pay a little more for a hotel since my wife was coming as well. Requestes a bedroom with double bed. I needed to work late nights.
We got a room with two single beds. Short.. 1.90 my. My head touches the head board and feet pass the foot end.
Curtains that are too short and let the light in. Tiny TV in a far corner. Toilet under a sink so you can't sit on it straight. I requested another room immediately, but it was not possible. They were fully booked. The bed was made up as a double bed. It was a solution, not perfect, but acceptable. The bed was still short.
Not what I was expecting. I stayed there before, and it was much better."
"I had such a great time at this hotel. I was just doing a quick trip to and from Barcelona and decided to stay here for two nights instead of the airport hotel, and what a good choice I made. It’s right on the beach, and a very lovely beach it is too, the bed was super comfy, the rain shower amazing, great quiet air con, amazing sea views (worth paying extra for), really kind service, lovely pool. The restaurant is also superb - I’ve attached some pics of my meals. I ate in the hotel restaurant both nights because it was that good. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel. Also it’s by far the most modern and beautiful hotel along the shoreline when you walk down it - trust me."

Very Good
AAositandetuomasiThe room was very clean, the balcony could see the sea, and the pool was downstairs. Overall very good. The restaurant downstairs is directly connected to the beach by the sea, which is very convenient. It is a very good choice for travel and leisure...
GGuest UserA good hotel near the airport, cheaper than in Barcelona, but if you have baggage, then plus the cost of a taxi. Rooms are clean, breakfast is modest, cleaning is good, resepshn is welcoming. Near the hotel there are cafes and shops, up to the sea minutes 30-40 I liked it. There is a castle near the hotel.
GGuest UserPrice/quality is good. The terrace opens like a garage door, a very interesting solution, though right in front of it (1st floor) is the employees' staircase, so it is not comfortable to keep the window open. The room is not new, but it was not critical for me. We did not use the pool, because the flight was early in the morning. I did not like the unclear topic with the deposit, the information on the website says that it is only taken from guests under 25 years old, I am older, but they asked me for it too. Moreover, they took the card and began to rewrite all the data for themselves, including the CVC, it is not safe. Therefore, the room was not checked after check-out! Logic?
Overall, I would like to come back again, the beach is very close
BBroschSuper nice, help continue at any time, you come even without speaking Spanish without problem, everyone speaks English. Rooms very clean, especially tiles and finally no hotel with old tape floor. Great bathroom. Reserve the hotel.
CCao-meiweiThe room is good, that is, there is some trouble to check in and you need to go to another place and about 1.4 kilometers. If you are really desperate with heavy luggage, I hope to be more perfect in check-in.
JJBmambaThe hotel was unstaffed after 10:30 PM. The bed was quite small, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. And the air conditioning was excessively noisy. It's easily accessible from the city center by bus. It's also very close to the beach, so I'd recommend it for leisure trips, but not for business travel.
GGuest UserEvery time you travel in Spain, you must stay at the hotel. Convenient location. Next to Carrefour Supermarket and other food supermarkets. Comprehensive commercial complex. Chinese supermarkets are available. The front desk service is also very good.
SShra124had booked it for a night. The hotel is near to the airport like 10 mins drive. To checkin you have to go to another hotel at 3 min walking distance and then go to this hotel. I had booked room for 3, considering that the room was very small and the beds were congested, but clean. Bathroom was quite good comparatively. No food or drinks available. No person to attend to incase of any issues. I had to go back to another hotel to check out and return the keys.
