The hotel is in a stunning location with views of Castello dell'Abate and San Marco. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and our balcony had a beautiful view of the scenery. The staff were very helpful and cheerful in their work, it made our stay very enjoyable.

Just returned from Hotel Hermitage. The breakfast views are stunning as was the view from our room . The village and port are near by with some lovely restaurants. The staff were really helpful and helped us with booking excursions etc. We really enjoyed this real taste of Italy

First they don’t tell you in the ad that there are about 30 or so steps to get into the hotel, second there is no store, restaurant, vending machines, or any kind of amenities remotely near this place. In order to go into town to get food, sightsee, water, you have to wait for the 1 and only bus that comes once an hour to take you into town. I had 2 elderly people with me that could not in a million years make it up those stairs to go to dinner or sight see etc. we got there and I asked for a refund understanding that we would literally be stranded there. They refused. The owner or manager was not even there to check us in, it was a neighbor and his interpreter who just let us in. No check in desk nobody . Besides the stairs, we felt a little apprehensive being there alone with no management there. I had to book another place . I just couldn’t stay there. They are cots not beds, sit had two waffle irons and coffee cups. No kitchen that I saw. This place is just a stop over to another place. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!Manager was not understanding at all. It is not honest with the description.

Amazing place. We had such an incredible time there. The host were very welcoming and we felt like home. Location wise it was also superb. The view that this place offers is one of the best in the whole area. Can’t really wait to go again and truly recommend this place.

This was one of the best hotels and services of our latest trip to Italy. Also the food was amazing and the staff did everything I could imagine. The views were very beautiful and our daughter loved the pool.

I stayed at the Hermitage in April with my partner and I can say that ... heaven exists! Spectacular location with a rare tranquility. Shower in the newly renovated and spotless room (which is fundamental for me). Exquisite dinner with products at km 0. Highly recommended !!!!

I stayed in this hotel for the long weekend of April 25th. I was pampered in a location surrounded by greenery. The structure is perfect for relaxing and regenerating from the chaos of the city. Very important things for me were the excellent breakfast, the cleanliness of the room and the enchanting sea view. Basically perfect place to relax. I will be back in the summer to enjoy all the services offered by the hotel. Really recommended

We stayed at this property from Friday to Monday in June. A truly lovely location! Highly recommended if you have a small dog, usually in the South if they exceed 5 kg. they don't accept you though, "pets allowed". In this structure surrounded by nature we spent wonderful days with our dog in the quiet with a breathtaking view! Very clean and well-kept facility. Very kind staff. Highly recommended!
