Let's start from the beginning: I was in this structure to celebrate New Year's Eve 2023 with my boyfriend. I book the room on their website at a price of 130 euros per couple. They call me back, tell me that the rates were not those on the site and ask me for a 50 euro surcharge. All right, it's New Year's Eve, I had already purchased the tickets for the night at the disco through a third party, so I decide not to cancel the reservation. They also made a mistake in calculating the total to be paid by adding more money but I promptly pointed out the error. December 31st arrives, we go to the facility to check in and point out the unprofessional behavior they have had towards us. The owner arrives and very aggressively comes against us saying "yes it was our mistake but you could very well have canceled the reservation". Excuse me? Not only is the mistake yours, do I have to hear these things too? The situation is resolved momentarily with a "sweet" from the owner who tells us "to make peace, I'll offer you two glasses of prosecco". They entrust us with a higher room than the one we purchased, but the problems are not over yet. We enter the room, this looks very nice, it seems very technological, but with a bathroom that leaves something to be desired (for a four-star hotel). I say it looks technological because it had kind of touch screen switches, which, however, weren't connected to anything. To turn off the floor lamp (the only source of light besides the candles on the bedside tables) you had to pull the plug because it didn't even have a switch. Some outlets didn't even work. But let's go to the bathroom which, as mentioned before, left a lot to be desired. The decent courtesy set, but the real horror was the shower. It had probably been there since the 80s and had the split jet contraption that made the shower look like a nice fountain, so much so that when I went to open the shower to dilute the water, my bathroom flooded. I highly recommend improving the quality of the staff and giving this hotel a good refresh which leaves a lot to be desired, because, if well cared for, it could really have a lot of potential. ps: today is January 2nd and we are still waiting for the prosecco of forgiveness Goodbye? To never again!!
