Good service, very nice management. Clean and good food. Nice rooms with airconditioning. Nice environment. Many interesting trips to take in the region. Wifi available. Good restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.

Absolutely Updated rooms and property in general. Air conditioning didn't work well, in fact, the air was almost hot. Lots of mosquitos. It was really hard to sleep... The property is clean. Go somewhere else.

Completely recommended, Tuscan family management as it once was... impossible to find this spirit and dedication to work again. Two really kind people and a lovely place. A spotless room and an excellent breakfast. Place of the heart ♥️

Excellent hotel in a strategic position. Cleanliness, kindness and professionalism at the top! Breakfast exceeds all expectations with a great variety of homemade desserts, a top-quality buffet both in terms of omelettes, cured meats, cheeses and many local delicacies. Owners always ready to recommend itineraries, restaurants...wineries. And then relax in the pool….everything perfect!

Not very warm welcome by the owner. (visibly tired) He should have warned us that the Hotel did not have a restaurant, and in an isolated village, on a Saturday evening, we had to reserve a table in one of the three restaurants nearby. We had to eat outside on the terrace, at 16 degrees in the only full restaurant that accepted us!!!
Furthermore, poor sound insulation.
Otherwise the room is OK and the breakfast is very good.

Having only a few days available this year we opted for a short three day holiday and found this hotel. Expectations met beyond measure, from the spotlessly clean room to the helpfulness of the owners. Large pool and NN noisy. Breakfast is excellent to say the least, plentiful, varied and homemade desserts from the lady. Experience to be repeated......

Very welcoming hotel located in a strategic position to visit many Tuscan villages. Comfortable and clean rooms. Equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool is nice where you can relax and have an aperitif. The breakfast deserves the highest rating. From savory to sweet, nothing is missing. The desserts, all homemade, are fantastic. Nice hotel in a quiet area, spacious and very tidy rooms, splendid swimming pool surrounded by greenery and a breakfast spoiled for choice. Great courtesy from the managers. Prices, in October, absolutely in line with the offer. Parking is a little limited, but there are many useful spaces in the area. Location between Regina to visit splendid ancient villages!

A wonderful little place. Located in Castel San Gimignano, the hotel is managed by two really kind, professional and friendly gentlemen (there were more people like that). Stayed on a weekend in July, very clean room, with all the necessary services. Clean and sunny swimming pool. Excellent breakfast with the possibility of eating something not too demanding for lunch. The place is a gem surrounded by greenery. SUPER RECOMMENDED!
