Relais la Fattoria

I begin by saying that the structure is wonderful, a huge potential, but exploited and alas badly managed. We were about 40 people, so I got to see other rooms besides mine and none of the ones I saw shone with cleanliness. There were fingers of dust in the wardrobes and open bottles of water in the minibar. My room, on the top floor, had a fairly "tired" carpet with various kinds of stains, the profiles of the door ruined and a whitewash certainly would not have hurt him. As read from other reviews I know they are doing some renovations and it is not yet the turn of that poor room, we hope for a future fix. The most serious thing, however, are the insects I found in the room, some of which have reached the end of their lives while a lively spider watched over my sleep all night from above. Now for heaven's sake, I understand that this is how it is in the countryside but from a hotel I would have expected a minimum of extra care, I am not discussing live insects, but about the dead? Comfortable bed. As for the dinner, even there I can not give a positive opinion. Being celiac I had some problems despite the communication of my presence in advance and the ok of the structure. I had to ask the very kind waitress several times if the dish was suitable for me, arriving at the dessert with a "I were you I would take out the chocolate sticks" slightly embarrassing, don't you think? Dishes not excellent but edible.

The Relais La Fattoria di Castel Rigone was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience: the kindness of the staff, the view of the lake, the enchanting location and the historicity of the residence have left a good memory of an experience that deserves to be relived. Excellent food and hospitality. I highly recommend as a base for visiting the surroundings of the beautiful Trasimeno lake.

We had a fantastic 2 days, very welcoming and clean hotel, very friendly and kind staff, we will be back for sure. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and the view it offers is enchanting. We had dinner with excellent dishes, we highly recommend it.

We had a great time. We stayed overnight using a Smart box that had been given to us. The Relais far exceeded all our expectations. It was a truly relaxing stay. All the staff put their heart into it and it shows. The atmosphere is sublime, a continuous synesthesia of sensations. We felt pampered from the welcome until check out. The food is excellent and enjoying it with the view of the lake from the terrace is enchanting. The location is historic and characteristic. I try to understand the negative reviews but it's really complicated... Congratulations to the owner, kind and affable and to the choice of all the guys who work with passion.

FATE ATTENZIONE: FOTO INGANNEVOLI CHE NON CORRISPONDONO ALLE CAMERE CHE CI SONO. ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE, NON PRENOTATE!!!! LEGGETE ATTENTAMENTE E PENSATECI MOLTO BENE PRIMA DI PRENOTARE IN QUESTA STRUTTURA, NON FATEVI INFLUENZARE DALLE RECENSIONI POSITIVE, DATEMI RETTA!!: Mi chiedo come sia possibile, nel 2024 e pagando 120€, solamente pensare di proporre ai clienti uno SCHIFO di camera come quella in cui abbiamo soggiornato Delle 13 foto presenti, nessuna corrispondeva alla nostra: vasca idromassaggio non presente ma solo una vasca piccola e lurida, doccia nella vasca senza nemmeno una tenda; dal water odori nauseabondi e ventola di ricircolo aria staccata perchè una volta accesa fa un rumore insopportabile Ogni volta che nella camera accanto andavano in bagno si sentiva lo scarico Zanzariera inesistente, tenda inesistente, persiana sfasciata che non si chiudeva e lasciava entrare luce (abbiamo dovuto mettere un plaid per coprire il sole alle 6 di mattina...) Naturalmente non esiste l'aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore tipo “cinesi” avvolto sulla griglia e sulle ventole da polvere incrostata. L'unica nota positiva è stata la colazione, tutto sommato discreta apparte il cappuccino (praticamente caffèllatte!) e la location, effettivamente molto caratteristica...il resto è da VERGOGNA! ABBIAMO CONTATTATO BOOKING PER RICEVERE ALMENO UNA PARTE DI RIMBORSO, CON TANTO DI FOTO E MOTIVAZIONI INSPIEGABILE COME ABBIAMO 4 STELLE, DAVVERO INSPIEGABILE... Cari proprietari, vi dovreste vergognare di prendere in giro i clienti che come noi si fidano delle foto che poi non corrispondono a quanto offrite, e vi dovreste vergognare di proporre delle camere così FATISCENTI e DECADENTI: VOI SIETE INGANNEVOLI E DISONESTI Si parla di rispetto e trasparenza nei confronti di chi vi paga e vi dà soldi ma la trasparenza l'abbiamo vista solo durante il pagamento on-line Non siamo tipi da fare recensioni negative e che si adattano a qualsiasi situazione, ma quello che abbiamo passato E' STATA VERAMENTE LA PEGGIOR NOTTE MAI VISSUTA IN UNA STRUTTURA CHE HA ANCHE IL CORAGGIO DI CHIAMARSI RELAIS.....
