Hotel is in forest area 25 km from center of Rome and having many rooms (around 60 ). We liked the space they have outside-taking fresh air and walk around. Rooms are comfort and normal space as needed. Personnel were very friendly and helping for anything needed ,Sabrina &Annalisa served us. Breakfast is typically italian ( sweety dishes) only cheese&ham is salty. Be careful if you ask for other things you could be charged(i.e eggs ). Ask well before ordering. Price of the room in respect to distance from Rome is ok, 120 eur for triple. Take a visit to lake Albano, 10 min close to the hotel

It's more 3.5 than 3 but you can't give half a vote and I think it's right to encourage something to improve. The place is fantastic, quiet and suggestive....good maintenance on the outside, nice clean rooms and good breakfast.....up to this point we would have a well-deserved 5 stars, unfortunately there are too many details that bring the rating down. First of all the maintenance of the room: the walls had many signs of dirt and would need to be repainted, but what is worse is seeing some parts peeling from the damp, re-plastered and not painted. The bathroom is a bit small, but what's worse is the shower: too small and above all with the box to be changed and the wall all moldy. Furthermore, both the water and the temperature of the room were too extreme (lukewarm water and a cold room when we arrived which never managed to heat up completely), plus the noisy air conditioner which we were forced to turn off at night. I wish this was a constructive criticism, because the place deserves 5 stars!!! So I would recommend an extra maintenance effort and you will have a fabulous place. Given the location we still relaxed, even if without a shower :-)

I had the pleasure of staying with my family for only one night, but it was enough to understand that if you are looking for a little relaxation and excellent services, this is the right place!! We enjoyed the pool in the garden throughout the afternoon and equipped with comfortable beds and shower to refresh.. The large room is tastefully furnished. Very nice and available staff!! The breakfast is also pleasant in the garden veranda, with choice between sweet and salt. For those who ask if you hear the noise of the aircraft viewed near the airport, I have to say that noise is not so excessive, and when you are in the garden it is also pleasant to see the aircraft closely and, why not, dream a little!!

My family and I stayed here for only one night as we had to stop overnight to Sorrento - wish we would have stayed longer! Nice apartment, clean, had all amenities we needed including a washing machine. Excellent customer service by front desk especially Alessio. He was wonderful and gave us lots of good suggestions on what to do/where to go around here. Thank your for having us and thank you to Alessio for your outstanding service.

By far the best hotel experience I have had in Pomezia. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the food is excellent and the availability of a shuttle for local business travel is a big plus! One example of the staff dedication to guest comfort and satisfaction is as follows: I am a business traveler and must have internet every evening so I can continue to work even after my daytime hours of work are over. The Hotel's internet provider was having problems re-establishing internet service for 2 days, which was frustrating. While the hotel staff continued to work with their provider to try to resolve this issue, they also initiated locating an area of the hotel which DID have internet and initiated inviting me to move to a different room in a different area of the hotel so that I would have access to the internet to complete my work assignments. I can't thank them enough for this and for the super friendly service and concern shown by the staff in every way. Special thanks to Luciano, Fabio and Maurizio for their friendly interactions. So I say, ”grazie mille”! - Thanks a million!

I had 2 negative experiences in this hotel, one of which was very unpleasant. First, the hotel could no longer find my reservation, but that was resolved very quickly. Then on the evening of the fourth day of my stay, I found an envelope on my bed with a 50 euro fine in it. At the reception, I was explained coldly that it is because it is forbidden to smoke in the room. The cleaning lady would have smelled the cigarette while cleaning the room. The problem is that I'm a non-smoker and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes either. It was particularly unpleasant having to convince the receptionist that I don't smoke. Finally, she withdrew the fine. I came 5 times in this hotel, and to be fair, I must say that the rest is perfect. The staff are professional (except for the fine!), smiling and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The breakfast is very good and it is possible to have dinner at the hotel.

GGuest UserI have recently had the pleasure of staying in a special B&B in a four-fold room with my colleagues. My experience has been absolutely positive and I feel I have to share my satisfaction. Firstly, I would like to emphasise the unfair cleaning of the rooms. Every corner was beautiful and bright, creating a comfortable and comfortable environment that made me feel at home. The staff, Mimmo and Katia would deserve a separate review. Both very kind, always ready to meet every request with a smile. Their availability was really great, making my stay even more pleasant. Finally, I would like to make my highest recommendation for this B&B. If you are looking for a place near Rome where you stay offering comfort, excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere, don't look further. I strongly advise everyone to stay here. You will not be disappointed!

Repeat visit to this hotel. Blend of traditional and modern that works well. Spectacular views across the lake, Meals in the restaurant directly overlooking the lake, views are breathtaking. Hotel is opposite the Popes summer residence, which you can see clearly across the lake. Access to lake from hotel, down some steps, you can also walk to other restaurants and bars in about 20 minutes

GGuest UserWe stayed here with family and friends for our sons wedding. What a beautiful old Italian Town, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is old and homely . Beautiful lake view with balcony, fabulous view to wake up too . The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Always willing to help and made us very welcome to Castel Gandolfo. Only disappointment was the roof terrace which is being refurbished but we managed a couple of days up there with fabulous views . Will definitely be back

GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful and elegant; it is located in Castel Gandolfo and enjoys a great view of the lake Albano, so it is very quiet. The rooms are large and comfortable; even if they have some details to review. Breakfast is absolutely high; it has a wide range of high quality sweet and salty products. The staff is friendly and available. Parking is very comfortable. The hotel is excellent because it is a few minutes' walk from the centre of Castel Gandolfo.
