The room is not big, enough for 4 people
Good service on the island
You can also go to cloud9 for day trips like snorkeling and deep diving.
The key is that the island is quiet, and it's great to just lie down and listen to the sound of the waves every day. There are two swimming pools for children and adults.
When the weather is nice, the sunset is really beautiful
Dinner has buffet and a la carte options
Mondays and Wednesdays are all self-service
There are also some small activities

The room is quite unique, clean and tidy, but there is no TV or Internet. The service is attentive. It is recommended for family travel. The outer islands are very cost-effective. There are plenty of water activities on the beach, including tennis, table tennis, and swimming.

The room type is really too poor. Although the family room can accommodate 4-5 people, there is no privacy at all...
One island and one hotel, the facilities are a bit old and well maintained.
The local waiters are very friendly and will say hello when they meet. There is a Chinese who is relatively indifferent.
There was a farewell ceremony. On the first day when the helicopter arrived, the waiter missed a luggage bag. On the third day, it was still unrecoverable and I had to rely on myself.
The catering is quite satisfactory, and Chinese sweets and snacks are carefully added during the ***** New Year.

The most beautiful island with the friendliest and helpful staff. The kids club was fantastic - they could wait to get there and never wanted to leave. The food was great with plenty of choices. The bures (rooms) were lovely. I particularly liked that there was no TV or wifi in the rooms. The I honestly didn’t want to leave. It was our first holiday to Castaway Island and it certainly won’t be our last.

Yesterday my wife, myself and our 7 year old son went on a 1 day trip to Castaway Island. We left Port Denerau at 9:30am travelling via South Sea Cruises towards our destination. On board the vessel, Merriwai our lovely guide for the day introduced herself. Merriwai was very informative, answering any questions we asked of her regarding the surrounding islands and history of the area. She was especially gracious and had a beautiful manner for the whole of the day, continuing from the boat ride, right through onto the island itself showing us all of the amenities and services available. Her lovely nature and gracious presence, mixed with fantastic humour made the day for us and I would highly recommend the service and this trip, based on how Merriwai looked after both us and the rest of the group.

We had the most amazing time staying at Castaway! The activities were so memorable. The food and drinks were delicious. We had plenty of time to relax as well as having enough on to keep us busy. The staff make you feel like family and are all so pleasent to be around. Special thanks to Ben at the Boatshed who made such an effort to create some special memories for us. He offered to take us out to Cloudbreak to watch the Fiji Pro, which was just such an amazing experience. We cannot wait to see Ben next time we come and go on more adventures ! Dave at the poolbar always made sure we were refreshed! Nate, Ima and Mariah were so lovely to us as well. And everyone else made such an effort to make our holiday special.
