We arrived at midnight. Even though we did not book this hotel, but Hotel Marconi which locked us out, we got accommodation immediately. We were very grateful for this service and we are still angry about hotel Marconi because they charged us for a service they did not provide.

We stayed so we could visit the monastery and the commonwealth war graves. The hotel is a little walk from the town or a very reasonably priced taxi ride. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. On our first night we almost had the whole place to ourselves, we were really looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Tiny criticism was our room was quite warm, we couldn’t get the air con working but couldn’t be bothered to walk down to reception and ask, after a long day walking to the monastery. Room was extremely clean and sanitized. Breakfast was plentiful and our evening meal very good. No complaints at all and would return. The addition of seeing the dog sitting at reception made our stay - lovely to have a cuddle with her.

I stayed one night on a business trip, the location is very pleasnt and the staff was very helpful and supportive. Special thanks to Ms. Livia who supported me for the transfers as the time was very thight.

Quasi tutto storto. La cosa peggiore le due cimici nella stanza. La colazione: buone le torte fatte in casa e le uova fritte al momento. Imbarazzante il buffet con 5 cornetti semplici e un uovo sodo. Salvo solo la cortesia del personale (alla richiesta di cambio stanza ci hanno offerto un upgrade) e la comodità del parcheggio

Personale eccezionale,cibo ottimo,camere accoglienti,..essendo un dipendente weico spesso sono ospite da loro..ragazze alle reception wonderful., da non dimenticare che in cima alla struttura c'è un bellissimo santuario.......

Ho prenotato una notte, mi hanno proposto una camera economy perché non ne avevano altre disponibili ( così hanno detto). Si propongono come hotel a 4 stelle ma considerando l'ambiente trovato 2 stelle sarebbe abbastanza. Io mi aspettavo un economy da 4 stelle.... Letti umidi e scomodi, pareti sporche non c'era nemmeno il frigo in camera. Sul personale niente da dire, tutte persone molto gentili.

Sembra l'overlook hotel...la camera era comunque confortevole, il personale educato,ma l'albergo è da film horror,enorme e vuoto ci si potrebbe tirare fuori qualcosa di buono,ma serve tanto lavoro!consiglio di migliorare la colazione,non sulla quantità, che va anche bene,ma sulla freschezza dei prodotti
