Very large and very well soundproofed room. I didn't have breakfast, but only coffee at the bar, 2eur at the counter a bit expensive. Functional hotel a few km from the Gessate metro, in a quiet area. Valid economical alternative for those who prefer quality outside Milan.

Nightmare hotel
Booked hoping for a 4-star hotel instead a nightmare experience.
I arrive, I check in and I am informed that my payment does not appear, I tell which site I booked from, I show the payment receipt (receipt issued in their name, not the site) and they make me repay the room, telling me that in case I will be refunded. We're off to a terrible start okay I enter the room surprised smart TV! Too bad there are only 4 channels (foreigners only) and Internet access not available from the TV, from the telephone or from the PC, both via cable and wi-fi! Well at least the air conditioning works. Bathroom with tub! Take a nice bath to forget the misadventures. No tub full of hair .... okay I could call reception or take pictures but nothing I rinse everything wasting a lot of water and shower on the fly and go! Going out, I go to the reception to report the various problems and the response has been; the internet on the floor doesn't work at the moment and for the hair in the tub just a damn sorry!
I didn't expect a change of room... but at least an ok, we apologize! you do not have breakfast in your reservation and we offer it to you or we will give you a voucher for your next stay (which will never happen again) nothing, fake smiles, a circumstantial sorry and good evening!
Never had a similar experience ever again even if they offered me the room

My stay at the Park Hotel CASSANO was by far one of my best hotel stays in Italy. The hotel is located close to Milan/Malpensa Airport. The bedding, towels, pillows everything was so fresh that it felt like home away from home, in fact the pillows were the fluffiest I ever felt. The service provided could easily be compared to any 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast had so many options and the staff went an extra mile to make my family’s stay a comfortable one. This place gives you more than your moneys worth. The views from those big glass windows in the rooms are to so mesmerising that I wish I stayed longer. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at the hotel and would love to visit again soon.

It was the worst hotel I ever went to, only the room was clean, everything else was zero points. The air conditioner was not working, there was no refrigerator in the room, there were no slippers etc. The room was hot and stuffy because the window was not fully opened. The breakfast was terrible, they did not let us into the breakfast room, they served us a disgusting breakfast in a room like a meeting room. It was very bad with paper plates, paper cups, plastic forks and plastic knives. It had nothing to do with the center of Milan, there was nothing around it, we only found a market, which closed at 21:00.

I booked here for the Monza GP. The location was also very convenient for reaching the racetrack in about 30 minutes. The hotel has ample parking and the hall is very functional with professional and helpful staff. The room for three people was large, clean and equipped with everything. Will be back next year.

The hotel presents itself rather well, despite some of the clientele we encountered on the two occasions in which we were guests. The reception staff were generally friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet not bad, but could be improved. The general hygiene of the common areas does not excel. In particular, the smells that characterize the elevator do not lead well to the bedrooms. The request of 20 euros to be accompanied by the hotel vehicle about a kilometer away is a bit askew, with some annoyance on the part of the driver.

I was in this hotel for the first time on August 8th with my family. I must say that as a hotel, quality/price was exceptional, the room was large, the bed and mattress were excellent. I didn't give it 5 stars because instead of finding a double bed and a single bed I found 3 single beds anyway. nice discovery to go back then near parks like leolandia
