I rarely write reviews but I do feel like this one is necessary. While I understand that hotels in other countries might not follow the same star rating system as in the United States, this one most definitely is NOT a 4 star hotel! Honestly, it’s more like a 1 maybe 2 star. ! We booked this hotel for our last night in Italy because it claimed to be close to the airport. While it may be close as the crow flys it is not close by car! It took about 20 minutes and €30 to get from the airport where we had dropped off our car rental to the hotel. It is located in a very dismal looking industrial area. Our room was really old and dated looking with bizarrely patterned peeling wallpaper. The door to the hallway did not even latch. It was a regular lock with a sliding bolt but there wasn’t even a hole in the doorframe for the bolt to slide into. Also it was super thin, as in even if it did lock (which it didn’t) anyone could have just kicked it in. We actually dragged the dresser in front of the door to give us a little sense of security at night. The guy at the front desk didn’t speak any English which while I certainly don’t expect everyone to speak my language, this guy was not friendly or helpful even when I tried to communicate with him through Google Translate about restaurants close by where we could go get food. He did book us a taxi for the following morning which cost €23 so better than the night before but not the “airport shuttle service” the website claimed to have. Overall a really disappointing last night of an otherwise fabulous vacation. Not how we had planned on spending our last evening at all.

Hotel very close to Naples Airport. Stayed one night after a late arriving flight. Very warm welcome provided me ice and free mini bar refreshments. Room was clean, spacious and air conditioned. Arranged 6 AM taxi to Naples for me at discounted rate and breakfast provided just for me before leaving which was traditional freshly baked Napolitan foods. Overall very good experience.

All'impatto sembra un buon hotel, le camere molto belle e spaziose. I problemi cominciano con la vasca a idromassaggio che comincia a emettere rumori e schizzare acqua. un'alta cosa i pasti, la colazione molto povera e la cena...primi e secondi freddi.

Abbiamo prenotato una suite 1 settimana prima ,devo dire che l'hotel è molto bello e pulito ma manca di attenzioni nei confronti del cliente, siamo arrivati di notte dopo un viaggio io e la mia compagna ci hanno fatto pagare in anticipo (cosa da non fare mai) ci danno le chiavi ed entriamo in camera ovviamente poiché è una suite all'interno ha una vasca idromassaggio ovviamente è il top per un po di relax,ma dopo nemmeno mezz'ora dall'uso la vasca, continuava ad emettere un rumore che non cessava, sicuramente non avremmo dormito!chiamo in reception e il portiere mi dice di abbassare la corrente della stanza che collegava la vasca ma questo avrebbe voluto dire non poter usare la TV ed avere come luce solo quella del bagno, a questo punto mi dice di fare un cambio di stanza io ovviamente gli dico che io avendo pagato una suite mi aspettavo che mi dava la differenza ma lui mi dice che io ho usufruito della vasca e quindi è come se avessi usato tutti i confort della stanza ( per mezz’ora ) ci fa un cambio di stanza (un tugurio per me )senza finestre un quadrato senza aria ,vabbe essendo stanco dal viaggio la prendo alla leggera pensando che l'indomani ci avrebbero rimborsati.......invece no ci hanno fatto dato un pezzo di carta con sopra scritto venti percento di sconto che su 130 euro sono 100 euro ,quindi praticamente una presa per i fondelli ,quindi praticamente abbiamo pagato per una stanza di cui non abbiamo usufruito a causa della loro poco competenza...non ci andrò mai piu

Veramente bello pulito e ordinato. Top il personale unico neo la vicinanza e alla strada per il rumore ma trascurabile una volta all’interno della struttura. Prezzo giusto. Colazione varia. Parcheggio custodito. Ristorazione ottima. Se siete in zona prendetelo in considerazione

Hotel bello solo fuori, dentro molto fatiscente è un 4 stelle ma di stelle non c'è nemmeno una colazione povera il salato non viene accompagnato dal pane oppure panini niente la povera Patrizia persona molto speciale che si occupa della colazione era molto disponibile e gentile ma purtroppo non è colpa sua. Da non ritornare anzi da cambiare proprio strada......

Il posto è quello che è e capita di imbattersi in vicini di camera rumorosi per cui può non essere il massimo per chi ha bambini al seguito....però la struttura è comoda per l'aeroporto, pulita e con uno staff gentilissimo e disponibile. In sostanza ottima per qualche notte di lavoro a Napoli e dintorni o per partire.
