The hotel is in a stunning location with views to Brisbane and the ocean beyond.
However, it’s one of those hotels where you feel it could be so much more.
Room was clean, shower good, bed comfortable.
But pool needed leaves removal.
Outside tables were warped, the wood not having been cared for.
Dinner menu was limited so we ate elsewhere,15 mins drive.
Breakfast buffet was lovely. Not extensive but good.

Room 23 we had issues with the sink clogged , noodles stuck in sink not from us but previous stayers , found other food under bed not from us when bed moved slightly. Personal customer service great!

This restaurant is in the suburbs of Brisbane. It is very far from the city. It costs $100 to take a taxi. It is inconvenient to buy things. Even taking a taxi is very difficult. If you don’t like to see the scenery, it is recommended not to stay in this hotel

The decking around the restaurant needs maintenance, there was a huge hole in the gutter above our balcony that when it rained our balcony got wet. Also the dryer was broken and didn’t get replaced even tho many guests were staying there for a week for a soccer carnival and needed to wash and dry uniforms. house keeping staff were lovely.

Amazing Views
A lovely place to spent the night.
An interesting hotel. Rooms were decent and the views spectacular but there was no bottled water in the rooms and no room service even for something as simple as bottled water. Also reception closed before 8PM.
I’m interested in how this place was graded 4 Star as there were a few things that I would have expected that I didn’t see.
That said it was great to get out of the city, there was a nice size pool, and a great tennis court.
