This was the closest I’ve ever come to a perfect stay! The staff was incredible, the facilities were spotless, and there were some really special touches that made it truly unforgettable. Every single staff member, from the bellman to the guest services to the bar tenders, were so polite, friendly, and engaging. It was like they were all there to make sure we had the best time possible. Truly a treat!

What a lovely hotel in the centre of historic Cashel. All the staff members we met were very friendly and professional. The general manager Mr. Bartels is there overseeing everything and I don’t think a GM has ever gone to retrieve my car and put in my case before. Fair play to him-not above doing the small jobs. The bed linen and towels are lovely and we has a great night’s sleep even though our room faced the front of the hotel. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner and had no complaints about any of the food. A minor comment would be that we did not receive the turn down service we know is offered, for whatever reason. The Christmas decorations are amazing and being able to have a drink in the beautifully appointed drawing room is five star in itself. Will be back.

On arrival the man in the car park was beyond rude.. I admit I was parking in the wrong area, but he was so rude, a disgusting person really !!! The staff inside were lovely, and it’s definitely a beautiful place, we had afternoon tea, which I would consider only average, and totally over priced

Absolutely amazing hotel! Very luxurious and felt extremely pampered throughout. We dined in The Bishops Buttery and availed of the Spa. The staff were all very helpful and friendly from arrival to departure. The breakfast is fully table service - no buffet. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel, rooms really comfortable and staff in the hotel were extremely friendly. We loved the combination of a fine dining experience one night and the more casual pub dinner the next night. The quality of the food in both was excellent.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Cashel Palace Hotel for the Les Clefs d’Or Ireland meeting, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was absolutely lovely, with a stunning view of the city that made my stay even more special. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special thanks to Sally and her concierge team for their warm hospitality, and to Paul Hand at the front of house for his impeccable service. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to GM Adriaan Bartels and Karen Fleming for making our visit to Tipperary such a fantastic experience. This was my first time in Tipperary, but it certainly won’t be my last! I look forward to returning and experiencing the wonderful service again. Well done to everyone at the Cashel Palace Hotel!

Great cocktails in the cocktail bar, bar food in Mikey Ryan's bar & at breakfast, serene pool area. Our room was small, but well appointed. Staff were very genuine and helpful throughout. Lovely open fires to relax nearby with a newspaper. Short stroll up to The Rock of Cashel.

Absolutely faultless! We were upgraded to the Garden View Suite which had a view of The Rock and it was superb. It was the size of a small apartment. Turn-down was available, a pastry on arrival, chocolate sweets and full access to the non-alcoholic bar which was well stocked. The garden is beautiful and well manicured. The leisure centre has an outdoor pool and there are seaweed baths available on request. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I couldn't fault it.

I recently had afternoon tea with friends at The Cashel Palace hotel, and while the food was lovely, the service was far from what you'd expect at a 5-star establishment. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed and inattentive. We were never asked if we would like additional teas or coffees and had to request them ourselves on multiple occasions—some orders even required asking more than once. The courses were brought out in quick succession, which made the experience feel hurried considering we were sitting for quite a while on arrival before anyone came to the table to explain the process of the afternoon tea and what was being served. To top it off, the bill was dropped on our table without being requested even though I'm pretty sure there wasn't another sitting after us. While the setting and food were lovely, the lack of attentive service detracted from what should have been an enjoyable and leisurely experience. I expected much more from a venue of this caliber.
