A small group of us stayed, and I’m writing this on behalf of all of us. The staff were lovely, the palace itself was stunning, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. However, we were overcharged by approximately €1,400, including a double charge for dinner and a missing credit for an amount we had already paid. Additionally, the service at check-out was far from professional, which was disappointing. After emailing the General Manager, I received a call where they took accountability for the mistakes. While I appreciate the response, this is not the level of service expected from a 5-star hotel. Ensure you CHECK your bill before you leave!
