Experienced a very pleasant stay for a couole of days. Room was tidy and clean, receptionists were very friendly and breakfast service was punctual. The hotel is close to the Royal palace "Reggia di Caserta", only 15 min walk and 5 min walk from the main street that links to the latter which is also full of cafes and shops. Recommended!

Eric, the young man I checked in with is a jewel! He tolerated my silly questions and got me settled in quite nicely. His dining suggestion was spot on! I never got the a/c to work, but I'm certain that was my failing not theirs.

Service at front desk was fast, friendly they could not do enough for me. Room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and served right to you.

Hotel in decadenza, forse un tempo 4 stelle, ora a malapena 3. La camera era spaziosa ma in bagno il miscelatore della doccia restava in mano, le lenzuola non erano sufficientemente ampie per coprire il letto, e non c’era copertura del materasso, nel lettino singolo (brandina) il lenzuolo era bucato per l’usura, l’armadio maleodorante e inutilizzabile per riporre la giacca. Avevamo scelto l’hotel per la presenza di una piccola palestra ma al momento dell’arrivo ci informavano che era stata allagata e quindi inutilizzabile. Alla sera occorreva scegliere la colazione e l’orario indicativo, come in una colonia scolastica. Per fortuna il personale era gentile e disponibile ed è’ presente un piccolo parcheggio interno.

Fint hotell och fina nyrenoverade rum på en gata med mycket trafik och buller. Jag hade rummet mot gården så det var lugnare. Kvaliten på produkten är bra men det saknas en del när det gäller service och uppmärksamhet från personalen. Incheckningen tog längre tid än nödvändigt, ingen info om parkering etc. Det var jag som gäst som behövde fråga om allt. Ingen gratis wi-fi, ingen personal i frukostrummet (fick hämta dem i receptionen där de satt och pratade). I rummet fanns info om utcheckning kl 12 men fick veta av receptionisten att det var fel info och att rummet skulle lämnas kl 10.30. All personal var vänlig men det brister i detaljerna o info

Hotel modesto in centro, vicino alla reggia di Caserta. Molto gentili all’accoglienza, possibilità di mettere l’auto in parcheggio gratuito, chiedere la disponibilità perché c sono pochi posti. Scomodo per l’ascensore piccolo, si interrompe al piano terra, per scendere alla sala colazione o al garage bisogna prenderne un altro. Chi ha bambini con il passeggino come noi trova difficoltà.Camera moderna, letto comodo. Il bagno un po’ trascurato presentava calcare soprattutto su doccia e lavandino, ma era spazioso. Per colazione c’è stato dato un foglio da compilare con prodotti a scelta, buffet molto povero.
