Not a charming or boutique hotel while a very spacious and well equipped one, with kind and complete service to make the stay thoughtless and pleasant. Very close to the Church and center and with numerous restaurants also in the hotel. Large parking area. Nice bar. Also a good basis to visit the area around (we went to Castelluccio form the blossom). Rooms have full equipment and triple rooms are really so, with two rooms inside

Loved this hotel for the view and cleanliness. Our room had a balcony with a view of the amazing mountains which makes waking up with sun an amazing experience even from your bed. No AC but staff is very understanding and they offer a fan that you won’t need after sunset because the temperature goes down and you won’t need it. Few meters from the cathedral and very close to other stores we just walked to most restaurants. Breakfast was a buffet like most Italian restaurants. They have a great shuttle service.

Albergo di notevole dimensioni ma l'ospitalità non sanno manco cosa sia, personale scortese e poco preparato, il commensale seduto al mio fianco ha dovuto provvedere al lavaggio di ben 2 vestiti, il cameriere dopo avergli rovesciato dell'olio non si è neanche scusato....camere discrete ma molto fredde.

Comoda la posizione dell albergo vicino al Santuario.Ottimo il ristorante Alveare con buona varietà e attenzione per chi è vegetariano.Da curare meglio la pulizia delle camere sopra alla testata del letto c'era polvere di giorni...anche il box doccia al di fuori era sporco.Insomma per essere al top curare la pulizia delle camere.Non ci vuole poi molto a migliorare.

Camerieri maleducati posate sporche servizio pessimo e camere datate senza frigo apro la finestra della stanza e mi ritrovo un muro senza condizionatori in stanza bagno che mi sembra quello dell'ospedale ....per andare nella stanza era un labirinto ogni piano dovevi prendere un ascensore diverso e dentro potevano entrare solo 2 persone non andrò mai più

Sono tornato in questa struttura dopo qualche anno, purtroppo posso apprezzare soltanto la posizione strategia, visto che è situato affianco al Santuario. Le camere sono spartane, ma spaziose, la pulizia è da migliorare così come ritengo sia opportuno installare le zanzariere sugli infissi. Bocciato completamente il servizio di ristorazione , non ho mangiato bene qui ed il servizio ai tavoli è disorganizzato e completamente da rivedere. La colazione è un disastro per quanto mi riguarda, poca scelta, cornetti congelati e dolci stopposi, immangiabili. Nei corridoi urla e schiamazzi a tutte le ore, una mattina alcune addette alle pulizie si sono rese protagoniste di un vero e proprio concerto con risate a squarcia gola, senza preoccuparsi dei clienti. Ci deve essere altresì maggiore attenzione ed educazione alla reception, se all'atto della prenotazione si propone un prezzo, con tanto di email a testimonianza, è inutile insistere nell'imporre un altro prezzo, specialmente se la differenza è misera, 5 Euro. In sostanza è un ottimo punto di appoggio questo hotel, ma niente più.
