Excellent hotel, impeccable cleanliness, excellent service, ideal location for reaching the church and the town centre. A/C very efficient and quiet, the car park is a bit small but the place is always available apart from the fact that there are plenty of public car parks in the area and cars are quiet just a few steps from the hotel. What can I say, we will definitely be back. Thanks to all of you for your assistance.

We stayed at Christmas and Boxing Day as a large family group at the hotel and restaurant on full board. It is the second consecutive year that we have been guests of this structure for Christmas and the stay was made even happier thanks to the availability and exquisite courtesy of the dining room staff and those in charge of the floors; as well as, of course, an excellent quality/price ratio for the stay itself. Good experience to live with the family. Hotel with great attention to detail: we felt a real Christmas atmosphere thanks to the decorations and lights that reigned in the structure. Clean rooms with everything you need. Very good hotel service. The variety of foods and tastings during dinner are also good. If I can make a small criticism: too slow in moving from one dish to another. The first evening we waited about an hour and a half for dessert. But apart from this it is an experience that I recommend families with children have.

I have been to this hotel several times for 3/4 day stays with groups of pilgrims, and I have always found myself very well, however...... this year, all that glitters is not gold. PERSONAL CONSIDERATIONS ON MY ROOM. Air conditioning remote control not working (thank goodness touch display on the wall) There is no suitcase rest (they must be left on the floor) Fridge bar on but empty, why?? (put 2 bottles of water in it) Wall phone not working - Shower with non-adjustable shower head because it was arranged as best as possible with insulating tape - Toilet seat worn - Toilet paper only put in on the 2nd day - What can I say?? I found several defects in the room, but with a little extra attention they could be resolved in a very short time, nothing so irreparable. On the other hand, I must say, however, I found the bed and pillows very comfortable - excellent quality towels and the view from the 4th floor terrace is wonderful - CONSIDERATIONS ON THE LOCATION: Very large hotel with beautiful, spacious and well-kept common areas, friendly staff, in this period then, everything was well decorated with Christmas-themed lighting and installations, which made the atmosphere very warm, there is also a bar and a grocery shop, the shuttle service to and from the sanctuary of S. Rita was excellent . IL TARTUFO RESTAURANT. There is nothing to complain about the restaurant, TOP 100%, starting from breakfast with a very wide and tasty choice of sweet and savory products, to lunch and dinner with generous portions ((from a truckers restaurant)) very good and with excellent quality raw material. The dining room staff were all very kind, fast, extremely helpful and friendly. Here I would like to give a special thanks to the waitress ANTONIA who treated us in a special way. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: Very good hotel - clean and elegant - in an excellent location - restaurant + ke ok - highly recommended

Welcomed kindly, we had dinner in the hotel at the "Il Tartufo" restaurant where the restaurant manager welcomed us and served and pampered us, making us feel at home, excellent dishes, plentiful and varied. The following day we had breakfast, excellent and varied, I recommend it. Clean and welcoming room. There was no courtesy water in the mini fridge but it deserves 5 stars.

I've been staying with you for 5 years, nothing to say but this year I didn't feel good... the room wasn't very clean... the bathroom drain was broken, the door handle was broken and then I left again... but the thing you told me the most annoying thing is the rudeness of the restaurant staff, I'm very sorry but the incompetence was great!!! changing the cutlery is fine but bringing the clean ones and throwing them on the table and saying now you share can't be heard... not even in a pizzeria are you treated like this?!!! if I don't like the soup you can't say I don't know what to do...

A dispetto della bella struttura e della tafiffa applicata , organizzazione e servizio lasciano a desiderare.Cestini privi di sacchetti per rifiuti, bagno sfornito di ogni genere (cuffie, pettine,spazzolino). Un vero Peccato,lo sconsiglierei.
