Estivemos no hotel neste fim de semana 27/07/24. As fotos do site não condizem com a realidade do local. Hotel que necessita de urgentes reparos, tudo muito antigo e mal conservado. Ponto+ : Café da manhã bom. Somente esse ponto. Demais: NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA ESTE HOTEL.

Quarto grande, boa cama e bom chuveiro. Atendimento muito bom, principalmente a Rosana, que é uma graça. Café da manhã bom. A garagem fechada, mas descoberta, que para motos não é muito bom. Perto de da avenida principal de Cascavel, pudemos ir a pé jantar.

Local sujo, com mau cheiro, o chão não via uma vassoura há tempos. Tinha cabelos de hóspedes antigos pelo chão. Toalhas gastas. A porta pelo lado de dentro cheia de poeira. Tudo quebrado, sujo, mal conservado. Nunca vi tanto descaso com o cliente, em entregar um quarto assim para ser utilizado. Fungos no teto. Torneiras, chuveiro, box, paredes e registros imundos. De verdade, deu nojo de deixar meus pertences nas superfícies. Se é assim a higiene do quarto, imagine das louças! O café tinha opções, porém, dava má impressão por utilizar as louças que com certeza estavam mal lavadas. Atendimento da recepção péssimo. Não indico!

Achei a manutenção péssima, as tomadas dentro do quarto estavam aparecendo, perigoso para as crianças. O registro do chuveiro estava solto e caiu no pé da minha filha. Sinceramente os quartos são velhos, achei péssimo o atendimento. A única coisa boa foi o café de manhã.

Quartos espaçosos e limpos com camas confortáveis. Chuveiro com uma pressão boa de água com box espaçoso. Quantidade de tomadas boa com tensão 110v. Café da manhã muito satisfatório com uma boa quantidade de opções para escolha. O atendimento do hotel é muito bom e o pessoal da recepção foi muito atencioso. Um ponto de atenção é que o prédio não possui elevador mas como só possui dois andares isto não foi um problema para nós. A localização do hotel é no centro da cidade, o que facilita para encontrar restaurantes para jantar.
