Great location, stilish hotel, amazing breakfast! We stayed in one of the basic room and it was very spacious, had a comfortable bed and good quality bathroom products.
We didn’t get the chance to go for a bike ride along the coast but it was nice that the hotel had bikes available for guests.

O hotel é belíssimo, bem localizado, estacionamento grátis, café da manhã excelente, obras de arte por todo o hotel! A vista para o mar e estonteante! Mas a cereja do bolo foi o atendimento do Miguel, nos fez sentir acolhidos e bem recebidos!!Amei!! Vale a pena o investimento!!super recomendo!!

Tolles, exklusives Hotel in Traumlage, fussläufig zum Stadtzentrum, die grossen Beaches sind etwas weiter aber ein kleinerer fussläufig. Das absolut beste ist der superfreundliche Service im ganzen Hotel, das beste was wir bisher erlebt haben….toller Pool, fantastisches Frühstück zu einem für das was geboten wird fairen Preis, lediglich ein kleines Gym fehlt, aber die Joggingstrecke beginnt direkt am Hotel….

I had a 3 night stay (with 2 different reservations) as you are not able to amend your reservation.
The first room had a large amount of ants. The solution offered was to send housekeeping. I asked for a different room. The staff member made sure I knew it was an "upgrade" as if thats what I waa lookong for. I was put into a room that did in fact have a lovely view, however was directly behind the kitchen and seemingly had construction on the 2nd floor above my room. VERY NOISY UNTIL VERY LATE (1am). Because of the ants, they offered me the breakfast for the 1st day at no charge. Mind you, had I been to amend my first booking I would have added rhe same room package type. When this was offered to me, I voiced my concerns to the front desk clerk.
This was to be my boujie hotel on this trip. I spent a lot of money for a fancy hotel that offered subpar accommodations.
I will not return and do not recommend.

I loved the view of the ocean from the room, the size of the room was large, and the poolside views were amazing. The food was also excellent and we had great service! This hotel was also in an excellent location, walking distance to town.

Great location and overall a very enjoyable stay. We especially loved lounging by the pool—it was relaxing and definitely a highlight.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the customer service experience, particularly at the outdoor restaurant and day bar. The service was quite slow during our visits, and staff often seemed annoyed when asked for anything. I had to get up from the table to ask for water, again to order a drink and then again to ask for a bill. A little more attentiveness and friendliness from the team would have made a big difference.
